The media could not be loaded. **~ a video is attached for your convenience.I use this almond meal in my oatmeals and smoothies as a source of protein.The slight bitterness of almond meal and the nutty flavor goes so well when combined with fresh fruits.I haven’t used this for baking purpose but someone who’s on keto can opt almond meal instead of grain and flours.You can make a keto bread with almond flour and eggs too.It comes in an airtight bag and can be stored in it, a separate container is not required. The price is reasonable too.Will def be buying more.

Absolutely the worst almond flour out there. Smells really funny and synthetic. The entire went into the bin.
