If they don't put up a size chart then don't buy it. Putting up a size chart for a rain coat is a common sense thing to do. They obvisously don't have it. So you can imagine the quality of the product is very poor. And it is.

SORT OF FOR MEN. It is long enough for a man. But it has a tight waist. So if you are a thin man yes. But the material tears very fast. My pocket tore in just one week.

Q: Does the hood size stay the same? I need it to fit over a thick beanie.

Not sure I fully understand the question, however, the hood is pretty large and should fit over your beanie. :)

We bought it to wear for this halloween. We live in West LA. Given the weather we are having it should be fine. It's not gonna breathe so if its buttoned up and you're running out in the sun its gonna get hot of course. But if you're able to unbutton it it should be fine. Again it's super light weight. My daughter is going to be wearing a turtleneck under it. I'm not worried.
