Written in an easy and straightforward style, this is a fascinating story of how God makes himself known to everyone who seeks Him. Sundar Singh was inspirational in his bare-footed journeys over the Himalayas to take his knowledge of the Living God to the Tibetans. Convinced that the best way to preach the Gospel was to contextualise the message by becoming a Christian 'sadhu' (holy man), he faced continual persecution and attempts on his life. Despite his simple lifestyle, he nevertheless became internationally known before his premature death at age 40, while again crossing the Himalayas to preach to his beloved Tibetans. Recommended for anyone interested in cross cultural mission work, and all who just want an interesting read about the ways in which God works.

Sundar Singh was a true servant of the Lord Jesus Christ! He gave his entire life to ministry and sought to reach people with the good news of Jesus love and saving grace. His story is very detailed and powerful. He traveled barefoot with a robe and his Bible. Tibet and crossed the He felt he felt called to reach the people of Tibet and he crossed the Himalayan Mountains many times to speak to as many people as he could. His simple message became known throughout the world and he spoke about the love of Jesus in every continent,

Our family really enjoyed this one. The kids were amazed at his powerful life story and we were all encouraged by Sundar Singh's simple and Christlike faith. Lots of adventures, deep thoughts on life, teachable moments and interesting perspectives on communicating the message of Jesus cross-culturally.

As our family read the life story of Sundar Singh, we were all humbled. He sacrificed everything and counted his sacrifice as nothing. We highly recommend this book - a real faith-building and heart-stirring account of what it means to live for a cause greater than ourselves.

I truly Love this man as a brother his experiences is like no other providing proof to the doubtful mind about other realm and spiritual frequencies that are accessible when one sincerely seek the purpose of life i highly recommend all of the work done on the this phenomenal man of God
