Benn taking this product for a while now because it really does help with my meno symptoms. No more hot flashes and night sweats. Take it faithfully every day!

I have been using this for a year and it definitely helps with my menopause symptoms! My doctor suggested it to me, and I have used it since. I have lessened hot flashes, and better sleep. Will continue to use!

First things first. I went from zero to one hundred on the menopause scale overnight. I was miserable with hot flashes all day long. Nights were even worse. I was sweating and not able to sleep at all. I had a ceiling fan on high, another fan right by my face, cooling blanket, cooling pillowcase, cooling pajamas and was still sweating all night. My doctor confirmed I was post menopausal and recommended this product. She told me that there were numerous studies that showed this product worked well. She said if it didn’t work, the only other option would be HRT. She did tell me it could take about two weeks to see improvement. Two weeks in, the hot flashes were less and the ones I did have seemed to be less severe. Nights were still rough for me. Finally, around 30 days in, I got the relief I was looking for. Minimal hot flashes during the day and no more night sweats. I’m now back down to just the ceiling fan and I no longer have to wear cooling pajamas. This product is fantastic and I cannot recommend it enough. Just be sure to give it about 30 days though. Don’t give up if it doesn’t seem to be working two weeks in.

Fabulous product; it totally got rid of my hot flashes and I only need to take one every other day!

UPDATE—-> 1 week shy of 3 months taking these and still having a few flashes. They are definitely not as bad or as long but they’re still there. My sleep has not changed in the least since starting estrovera. Still not sleeping great no matter what I try & I’m so sad because I usually have excellent results when trying supplements. I’m not sure if I will continue but also not sure I’m brave enough to stop. I fear having to start all over with these horrific hot flashes & I just don’t want to go backwards. I’ll figure it out next week at my drs appt. I really hope it helps someone & I would definitely try if you’re thinking about it. ORIGINAL REVIEW——> My dr suggested these but I’m just not having the fast results some others are. I know with any supplement, I need to give it at least 3 months. I intend to keep taking it because hot flashes have decreased a tiny amount & I just stared my 2nd bottle. I did experience a HUGE increase in flashes week one & two. It was awful but has definitely leveled out. I still have hope!

This product has eliminated my hot flashes. I got off HRT last year, and tried several different natural solutions before finding this one. It took about 4-6 weeks to totally get rid of the night sweats, but be patient.

This product seemed to mess with my hormones in a very negative way. At first, I was pleased that it seemed to eliminate feeling hot at night. I do not have night sweats but felt uncomfortably hot around my lower back at times, enough to be disruptive. But any relief was replaced with extreme mood issues, feeling hopeless about life, and very depressed. I found myself crying daily and unable to reason my way out of it. I also felt like I could sleep all day and got very little accomplished with work, or with my exercise. Due to the extreme fatigue, my appetite spiked in an attempt to compensate for the resultant lack of energy, which led to a fat-looking midsection. What a nightmare this all was. I stopped it and am now back to my normal diet and exercise routine. But I will also add, when I stopped it, I got one of the worst periods I have experienced in years. Whatever is in this, who knows what the true extent of effects it is having on your body and the delicate hormonal balance in each of us. I know we are all eager for relief but for me, this was not the solution. I am sticking to natural ways to cope with this time of life, and I would strongly warn against this product.

It didn't work for my hot flashes for the first 3 weeks, then on the 4th week they completely stopped. I was having flashes every 3 hours and all through the night. Now I have none. I'm on my second bottle now and I love this product. No more hot flashes!

I was really hoping these would work, at least for menopause hot flashes, unfortunately they did not help me personally. I took them for three months which is the length of time they say it can take for Rhubarb to work. Black cohosh is an absolute champion, but it can cause severe liver damage. Red clover did nothing. Back to the drawing board.

I started using this about a month ago and it has changed my life. It is well worth the money as it takes care of so many menopausal issues. It gave me back my life!
