The smaller the number, the more concentrated the Arnica, so a 6 is great. Place about 5-6 little round pellets under your tongue as soon as you see a bruise forming (the sooner, the better) or if you think you might get one, and it won't bleed as much and get as dark. I realize this sounds like woo-woo, but it really works!

These little "sugar pills" have been accused of being just a placebo, but for those of us that they work for when nothing else does, it is a welcome relief. I find that if I remember to take them twice a day I have much less pain and am able to sleep better at night. The dispenser on most homeopathic medicine is a bit tricky until you get used to it. Just break the seal on the top, invert, give it a couple of twists clockwise and open the top to discover your tiny sub lingual pills. Would definitely recommend that you give these a try.
