Q: How small are these softgels? I have the 1500mg ones and of course, they look like horse pills.

I would say they are 1/3 the size - not much larger than an aspirin, smaller than most capsule type pills. I tried the 1500mg and couldn't swallow them so now I take three 500mg softgels.

Q: I purchased these and have found that there is a black gritty powder all over the inside of the bottle and on the capsules. Is this normal?

I have been purchasing these for years, and have NEVER had the bottle be contaminated with anything of the sort. That is NOT a normal occurrence.

Q: Does this product contain any fish or fish scales?

Gelatin, Glycerin and water plus Evening Primrose Oil, Gamma Linolenic Acid - just clear liquid no fish - or fish scales. Never any after taste

Q: Does it have gelatin?

There is bovine gelatin. used in manufacturing of the softgel.
