Good size barbecue which was easy to assemble but unfortunately it arrived with a few dents init. I contacted the seller who were quick to apologise . I informed them that I did not really want the hassle of returning the item. I sent them photos of the dents and again they apologised and gave me £30.00 refund. Have to say this is the best customer service I have received in years and much appreciated.The barbecue itself is a great size and you also get good quality utensils. It is easy to clean by brushing the ash down it to a pot that’s attached to the bottom. Good product.

It is a brilliant BBQ as long as you know what you are doing. Enough space for cooking for about 10 to 20 people. Not the easiest to assemble. But once it's up it's worth it.

Poor quality, mine was damaged on delivery, have had a discount offered but took months to get anywhere with the seller, certainly not worth the money I paid , shortage of nuts and bolts,and because the lid was damaged the smoker was useless.

I like that I have got a bbq but is came with scratches and a dents. I really needed it that week for a family get-together, otherwise, I would have returned it. Apart from that, it is good value for money and it gets the job done ✔👍

Good product, easy to use and value for money!

flimsy thin metal supports, and grill which are easily bent. The whole thing is unstable. It took 2 of us about 1 and a half hrs to fully assemble. The wooden racks are untreated so will rot quickly.Mine had a dent in the hood on opening the box as well. Looks and feels cheap, but to be fair it is cheap.
