The media could not be loaded. Taking old one out was a task, but easy. Watched the video off the website and followed the instructions, everything went smooth and install of new one was fairly easy.So far it's functioning perfectly!Video attached shows the car without the CUE system, after removal. What we found interesting was the radio sound was still playing in the car and the CUE screen was completely removed and unplugged. We laughed that it was still playing with the whole radio/cue screen removed!

This is the second cue screen I have purchased. My first one was the $139.00 . Fit perfectly and performed great. Saved a lot of money by leaving the dealership alone. My friend got the $80.00 one and he is very pleased with it. Would definitely recommend the product from CueScreen.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve got a 2018 ATS 2.0T RWD. Fantastic product, the YouTube videos they have make the install very simple. Recommend watching them a couple times prior to doing it. I’m by no means a mechanic and it only took me about 1.5-2 hours for the total job and was not overwhelming at all.Note: when I first reinstalled the system, the touch screen didn’t initially work, within their troubleshooting site it says to let it be for 15 minutes and try again. I left it for a bit, turned the car on and off a couple times and by then it started working so, don’t lose hope if it doesn’t immediately work.

The tutorial on there website is a great help. I've been repairing automotive and RV equipment for about 30 years and there step by step tutorial was a great help. Now I can finally get rid of the annoying Hazzard sign. Great product guys.

I've had my Cadillac ATS for about 4 years. I finally have my dream car! No other complaints with it with the exception of the Cue. The touch screen stopped working about a year after I had it. I thought it was the actual unit itself so I replaced it with an aftermarket radio. The aftermarket radio worked for a time, but then I noticed that it started to lack features that I truly missed about the stock radio. One thing that I also noticed is that my remote start stopped working. So after dealing with this for a year I finally did a search on how to repair it and I was being told that it was most likely the touch screen portion of it. That was the problem. I found this highly rated touch screen and purchased it. I installed it myself and put my old radio back in and I did not realize how much I missed it. Also, my remote start was working again! I couldn't be happier with getting it back to the way it was. I'm hoping that this touch screen stands the test of time!

It's a shame that this didn't come with tools that I've seen in other sellers. Yes you can use regular tools but for the price I feel they should have been included. However this will save me thousands of dollars once I find someone to install it.

I had a dead spot on my screen in my 2014 Cadillac SRX and this replacement screen was the perfect fix! It wasn't terribly difficult to replace and there are plenty of resources online to help assist you. Replaced in Feb 2024...I anticipate it holding up for a long time.

Fitted this screen on my 2014 ATS in about 90 minutes. . Looks and functions like OEM, possibly a little faster than the original. Getting the CUE unit out of the dash/car is easy, literally 10 minutes with a 7 mm nut driver or socket. Changing the screen is a lot more involved, the instructions on the videos are perfect, so watch them and take your time. Make sure you place the unit on a blanket or something soft as you work on it, as you don't want to scratch it. You don't need to waste your money on the special tools, a couple of Philips screwdrivers a 7 mm socket and a small flat blade or tweezers to lift the little black clip that holds the screen ribbon in place. Be careful with the clip as if it breaks you can't fix it and a new unit is needed. Have a bunch of boxes or compartments to place each set of screws in, so they go back in the right place. Well worth the 130 bucks and a couple of hours work.

Der Einbau war dank der Stecker etwas schwierig und der Platz ist begrenzt.. ABER .. das Ergebnis ist perfekt und der Bildschirm funktioniert wieder wie am ersten Tag!!

Only comments would be to have the “remove label “stickers in larger print, and indication that there are labels on both sides of the screen to be removed .good quality, great packaging.

La pantalla ajusto excelente, funciona muy bien al tacto, se aprecia contruida con buenos materiales y en mi opinion particular pienso que es mejor que la que traia de fabrica, la acabo de instalar con tutoriales de youtube, en mi camioneta cadillac SRX, 2016, y funcionando perfecto.
