Have been using this product for 4 years. I have tried & complared many similar H/S/N vitamins during the last 10 years. This is the best by far, so far. My nails grow much faster and stronger. No more flaking and brittle nails! Very, very happy. Hair grows faster too - this is a great product. This particular quantity for the price is a fair price vs. other options. Only better deal is at Costco on it....

These vitamins helped me with my hair and nails. I was losing my hair....and oh brother, that's all I needed now..... . I was told these vitamins worked so I tried them, and sure enough they did work. I stopped losing my hair and my nails benefited from these vitamins too. I highly recommend these vitamins. You really can't go wrong. Read the instructions. I still use them, 3 pills every morning. I'm 76 years young, and I'm going to continue using them. I recommend them.

Unfortunately like some of the reviews, I was affected with Acne really bad. But, if this doesn't affect your acne, it's a good price, it's def. the real product. If you've ever had acne, this will likely make you break out - and pretty bad. I had acne in high school which cleared on its own in adulthood. This made it come back in full force - and not just regular acne, it was cystic, huge pimples that take weeks to disappear. I had taken the pills for 3 weeks, watched my diet and noticed no other changes (sleep pattern the same, laundry detergent the same, etc) - I'm mostly sure it was this product as it's the only thing that changed and then I got the acne.

I have been purchasing these vitamins for a number of years now and recently found that I can get them cheaper through Amazon. They are effective for hair, skin and nails. I can notice the difference when I run out of these, so I try not to run out. If you are looking for a vitamin that adds a nice glow to your complexion, strengthens nails and helps with hair growth- look no further.

Didn't seem to help or hurt my current situation with hair or nails. Skin is/was already good. I don't see a need for me to restock.

Absolutely amazing product! Warning: Unless you drink a lot of water, and even then, your urine will smell like the pills. Which is not pleasant. But they work so well, it's worth going through.

Hi, I can honestly say that this supplement has improved my nails and my hair!!! What I notice is less chipping and breaking of my fingernails, and my hair seems to do much less shedding/easily falling out. It has been the first hair and nail supplement that has worked so well. I take it twice a day. Cold weather is coming, and I started this in the early spring, so we'll see! Thanks.
