Not effective on my 4b hair type.
Bad batch. I've used this brand before with excellent results on my 4b hair type. Not this time. Applied to new growth on a Friday night for about 30 minutes... Roots remained kinky. Treated again Saturday afternoon. Expected some scalp sensitivity due to application night before. Nothing. Not even a tingle. Pretty sure I got two jars of a bad batch ... or an old expired product. Either way it was money wasted. Not sure if I can return after using half of the first jar.

Broken container
Packaging was 2 TCB perms, one of the them came broken with spillage at the bottom. Threw it away immediately. In essence, paid for two, only able to use one.
