Better than OEM Forney
I have a Forney 190 and when I purchased it 8 years ago I tripled up on consumables (Nozzles, Tips, and Diffusers). From day one I had issues with the Forney OEM consumables. The biggest issue was the nozzles being too short and the tips being too long. The tip was flush or slightly protruding from the nozzle. I do most of my welding outside and WIND is a problem. You typically can't weld closer than 1/4" from the metal. At distances greater than 1/4 the wind blows your shielding gas away and you get porosity. That requires you to turn the shielding gas flow/pressure regulator WAY up! Argon/CO2 is expensive. This arrangement causes you to destroy tips and nozzles. I researched the web for nozzles that were longer than the OEM Forney nozzles and YESWELDER was a #1 hit. For the price, there was little to lose and a lot to gain. Needless to say, I lost NOTHING, and gained a lot! I spent 4 hours today welding and never had to unstick the wire from the tip or clean the slag/bb's from the nozzle and the welds were spot on! I will be buying more YESWELDER products!
