This is my third time buying this stuff. In the span of three months, I had to be on antibiotics 4 times because of my gums getting painful abscesses. I’m guessing the neglect finally caught up to me- and the dentist said in the last 6 yrs since I was last there the change from them to now is such a huge change and such significant bone loss that he can’t help me- I have to see a perio professional.😢 Anyways- I want you to get an idea of how bad my gums are. I have holes and deep pockets, I have a very wet mouth so it stays a breeding ground for bacteria. It has gotten to the point where if I don’t brush after every thing I eat then I’m getting an awful infection within a couple days. So now that I’m taking way better care of my teeth out of absolute necessity I’ve been researching all the ways I can stop this advanced gum disease. I read the comments on here and gave this a try. Every time after I brush, floss, rinse and oil pull- I squeeze this right out the tube onto my gums front, back and on top of my teeth, to make sure they’re all being saturated by it. It has allowed my gums to heal so much quicker and better! And has stopped the infections from coming right back like they had been doing. It’s giving my gums a fighting chance and I’m so grateful for this! There’s no sensitive areas anymore, I can floss without pain, no bleeding, those weird gum growths are shrinking and the holes in my gums are healing very nicely! I know it’s a war zone in my mouth but thankfully this is helping me so much. I have to stop the disease where it’s at to save my teeth. Yes I cried so much after my last dental visit cuz of the bad news but I am very hopeful that I can save my mouth now. If you have problems similar to mine I highly recommend this product.

This added to my dental routine toolbox 🧰 help fix my gums heading south without spending $$$ at the dentist which is how it ends for most. This and their other variations(Mouthwash )worked for me. Give it a try what do you have to lose?

Pain relief, ease of use

It works well he gives relief. Just wish it could last a little longer, but it works.

My lower partial sometimes rubs my gum until I get a raw, stinging sore. This oral gel works overnight or within one day for me. Best on the market.

For a product that goes into my mouth, this should be sealed!! There is no seal, not on the tube itself, & not on the box! I thought this might have been used, but it is not a returnable product. I would never buy or recommend

Desde que empecé a usar Gengigel noté una mejora importante en la zona de mi encía. El gel crea una película protectora que calma la sensibilidad al frío o al cepillado. En pocos días (3-7 días) el enrojecimiento disminuyó, la encía se siente más firme y la molestia se reduce. Me gusta que la aplicación es fácil y no causa irritación, solo hay que aplicarlo con el dedo limpio y evitar comer o beber por 30 minutos después. Siento que mis encías están más protegidas, sí ayuda a que la zona no se inflame y se mantenga más saludable. Lo mejor: - Alivio de molestias y sensibilidad. - Buen efecto antiinflamatorio. - Fácil de usar, sin sabor fuerte. -Ideal para etapas de cicatrización. Hay que ser constante con la aplicación para notar efecto.

I’m not sure if it works but I still use it every day just to make sure that I help my gums heal faster. It taste a bit weird but it’s not bad. The quality of the ingredients seem to be good so I will just continue to use it in hopes that it works.
