The Commander Lite + Pack Bag is the Commander Lite freighter frame and a 47-liter pack. The unique lashing system secures meat for long hauls, and includes three extension lashing straps for extra capacity. The lightweight aluminum frame makes the pack light, yet strong, and the Hypalon lashing points provide additional external storage. The lashing panels all feature full length zippered pockets with interior mesh pockets, perfect for additional gear. The shoulder harness has an adjustable torso range of 17"–23". A padded waist belt as well as padded shoulder straps make this a very comfortable pack to wear. The waist belt can accommodate clip-style holsters so you can securely carry a hand gun. The pack features a full-length front zipper that extends through the lid allowing access to gear no matter where it is inside your pack. The convenient drop-down weapon holder makes it easy to carry your rifle. The double stretch pockets on each side and the additional lashing points ensure that there is room for all of your gear.

Great item for the price.
I would recommend this pack to anyone needing a quality pack on a budget.I was looking for 2 good setups for hauling meat during deer season. After a lot of research, I bought the alps Outdoorz commander lite + bag, and the commander x +bag together for less than 1 name brand bag would have cost me. I found this bag to be of really good quality. The commander lite fits my 14 yr old 5'10" son perfectly. The bag is very spacious and held everything we needed. The frame's welding was excellent, bags material and stitching is very durable. Survived a few drops and a fall (loaded) and we only found there to be a paint chipping from the frame, no tears in the fabric. The frame, waist belt, and shoulder straps are extremely comfortable and did not cause any fatigue after a few miles of steep mountainous terrain. one of the features we enjoyed the most was the rifle holder built into the bag. Compared to our hunt last year... low quality bag and the rifle slung uncomfortably across the shoulder , and receiving miles worth of chaffing from the sling... this was a blessing.the only downside of the bag is that the interior of it does not have any pockets/dividers for your equipment/supplies.overall: great bag at a very reasonable price.

Amazing pack.
I love this pack! Unlike many others this works for tall people. The frame is light a sturdy, easily adjustable and comfortable. I especially appreciate the waist strap, it has a hard strip built in that lets this pack ride on top of your hips, rather then digging in. the shoulder straps are good, but I needed to switch from the pins it comes with to longer bolts, it helped me really adjust for my height. It's also not something I should need to adjust in the future.Once I fully had it set up I was carrying 140lbs. At that weight I felt it but the pack distributed it evenly.The utility in the frame and bag/meat hauler lets you customize you set up.

Bought this bag elsewhere but I'll review it here. This bag is great for what I wanted it for. Being able to bring a whitetail off the mountain. For this it meets my needs. There's a few things that I'd change but that's just personal preference. It's not a $600 bag but it's fairly comfy when your pack weighs 75lbs. Bag is plenty adjustable for personal preference.
