I received a confirmation that they received my info. The seller processed the order and shipped it to me the same day.I was very happy with the entire service.

I needed a HULL ID plate for boat financing to close the deal as the old one was not legible. I contacted the seller via Amazon chat and he engraved and overnighted it to me at a very reasonable price! Awesome service!

I love the HIN plate it is very beautiful, my only suggestion is stronger packaging if possible. Mine arrived with a bend in the middle definitely not the sellers fault you could see the print on the carboard backing also. During shipping something heavy was laid on top is my thought, hopefully it doesn't ecffect the plate as time goes on.

There are no issues it's what I wanted my HIN # is out of site under an aluminum plate I added for strengthing up the transom so I wanted one on there that showed.
