One of the best tasting BCAA supplements I have used. I have experienced excellent results by adding this product to my protein regiment.

I have been buying this supplement for the last 3 years and I'll swear by it. This was the first time I tried the grape flavor and it was good, not good as berry but worth saving a few bucks.

If the product is working, I couldn't tell you. I notice no different. I have now tried Xtend, the flavor is GOOD. Can't say whether thats working either.

Economical BCAAs. This part of my own preworkout stack (BCAA, creatine, glutamine, and beta alanine). I vary amounts depending on which muscle groups Im hitting. My experience has been that BCAAs are fundamental in recovery,,,,especially in my older age. BCAAs are very versatile and be used pre/intra/post workout as well as bedtime to speed recovery and maintain an anabolic environment.

Great product and got it in a timely manner. It is used as my pre-workout since I do not drink caffeine.

Good taste and helps lower through my workouts. Ideal when needing energy mid workout and not wanting a stimulant pre workout

This just tastes like fake fruit and fake sweetener and it's pretty gross. Besides that...it's good.
