Just right
It's very strong and not a very big circle, which suits me but may not suit everyone. It can be awkward to get into, because of this, but the resistance is just what was prescribed so I guess that's just what is involved, and if it were any easier it would be too big or too weak.

I wanted a heavy resistance band so am pleased with this purchase. Perfect for what I needed and works well. Good value for the price too.

Heavy as stated
I’m an experienced gym goer and was desperate to find a heavy band for my lower workout days. If you’re looking for a challenge then this will certainly do the job! I’m yet to be able to move it even 2 inches apart 😂

Impossible to use!
The resistance is ridiculously too much. Has virtually no elasticity no stretch what so ever. If it doesn't stretch can you call it a stretch band?

It is as described
It is as described, it's super strong. My issue is I cannot use it at all it has no give and I lift fairly heavy I am hoping ultimately that I can work up to using it.

Pretty sure this is a restraint tool, not a resistance tool
O M G if you're looking for a super strong band, to prove to your friends that the reason they have never seen you and the incredible hulk in the same room is because you ARE the incredible hulk then this is the band for YOU!I wouldn't say I'm super fit by any means, but with a few weights sessions and a 'Tough Mudder' or 2 under my belt, I wouldn't class myself as a weakling either ...but this band is making me think that maybe ...just maybe ...My leg strength is less than desirable and maybe my thighs are thicc because of fat and not muscle ...*sigh*Sumo squats, forget about it... Great tension
I’m looking forward to using this for my workouts. It feels really strong, better than my current ‘heavy’ band.Gave it a quick trial with some banded squats and I think it’s going to be great!Also, bargain price!
