Great Product. I personally only use gun grease when I'm initially building an AR-15 upper to get everything nice and lubed up for its first test fires or when I put an AR-15 upper into storage for extended periods of time to keep it from getting dried out. I use Shooters Lube for everyday maintenance.

It has its uses, but there are better ones for long term lubrication.

It's an old product. I've been using it for at least forty years, and have found nothing better for most firearms applications. I would recommend the Rig +P though for stainless steel parts riding on stainless steel. It's been my go-to lube and protection grease for daily carry guns as well as collectors items. It's almost odorless and doesn't stain most materials.Pat

This is really all you need to store a gun. It really protects and sinks into steel. Great price compared to other brands.
