Amazing customer service plus great ipad
This was such a five star purchase. I ordered one color and because they didn’t have it they replaced with another color with added accessories for the inconvenience. That is great customer service! Thank you my grandson loves his ipad.

Do not buy
Let me first start off by saying Amazon is a joke! I purchased this iPad for my son one it came dead went and got a charger for it charges extremely slows and randomly cuts on and off I’ve been contacting Amazon everyday about giving me a replacement and they haven’t I’ve talk to at least 10 people about the same situation and nothing has been done do not buy this item it’s a hassle to get at least a decent product that works or even a replacement

Works well, but charging isn't consistent
Overall, I'm happy with this purchase, especially since this iPad is about 10 years old. The display and sound is great. Some users may not like the lower storage capacity and the lower resolution camera, but this suits my casual use needs (streaming YouTube videos and Netflix, playing Candy Crush, jotting down notes) and my occasional FaceTime with family members since I'm not an iPhone user. The only big con with this purchase is that it doesn't charge consistently. I'm not sure if it's the port on the iPad or the charger itself. So I have to constantly check when it's charging that it's *actually* charging.
