Love love love!! I previously bought the more expensive product but as having very sensitive skin I would have a reaction if I used more then 1 day in a row so could only use here and there. I decided to try this product and I’ve found it exceptional and my skin doesn’t have the reaction that the more expensive stuff had and you get more product for your money which makes me very happy! Within 10 minutes it totally get rid of the puffiness and bags without irritation. I realize it might not work the same on every person but for me it’s a real game changer! Thank you so much for this product!! Definitely will be one of my everyday routines!

I received my product yesterday. I followed the directions and applied a thin coat under my eyes. After 10minutes the puffiness did disappear a little. My under eye skin felt very dry so I applied a dab of moisturizer and...the puffiness immediately returned. I tried the product again this morning. My eyes watered a little during the 10 minutes. When I looked in the mirror my under eyes had a white flakey film. Thankfully I was at home. This would have been so humiliating if I had been out in public.

Surprisingly does what it claims it does. It tightens skin and removes under eye bags, gives a "stretched face" look that you will feel by smiling. One should note however that the results are temporary and last about 10 hours. To reapply you would have to wash face first. Also use the right amount, too much will leave a flaky residue visibly seen and too little will not give the look you're trying to achieve. And it will not smooth EVERY wrinkle, especially deep ones but will slightly change the appearance of them. It costs less than the highly TV advertised version but does the exact same thing (I know because I've tried that brand as well but hated paying their price) The product also goes a long way, a bottle of this will last you longer than the higher priced competitive one. A little tricky but overall I like using the product and will continue using until I can afford Botox or plastic surgery

I’ve used this for a couple of years or so now for the bags under my eyes thanks to the bad thyroid I had & it does work however there are a couple of things to note. I usually put it on right after washing my face- I do not dry my face all the way. Idk but it seems to work better for me if my face is still damp. If you have white splotches / residue / dry patches then you are putting on too much. I complained about that the first few times I used it until I finally got it right Put a small amount on and let it set - a little bit goes a long way. Idk why it does not seem to work well with make up. I usually try to dab my foundation on in the areas I use this product being as gentle as possible and sometimes have to put a tad more on afterwards. It does not last all day. It will last a couple of hours or so depending on your facial movements, weather & such. Not lasting all day & not working well w/make up are the only complaints I have If it’s burning then your skin is probably too sensitive for it or again your using too much or you could be allergic to something in it

I bought this product to reduce under-eye bags. I noticed a difference after a couple minutes and felt the skin tighten under my eyes. However, the 2nd and 3rd time I tried it I didn't notice much difference, hence the 3 stars.

I think I saw a difference with some small lines but I did feel my skin tighten. However, after the serum dried and I applied my foundation I saw small "rolls of white" which had to be the serum. There was absolutely nothing else it could have been. The next few days of applying the serum to my clean face, I again let it dry completely before I applied my foundation (I was using No7 and switched back to Clinque). Each day I had the same result. I applied a small amount of serum to the area under my eyes and rubbed it in. I even used a blow dryer to dry the area. If you do not wear liquid foundation, maybe this would work for you? However, if you do wear liquid foundation you most likely would have the same results. It is too bad because I was hopeful but I returned the item because it was not worth the money. The product rubbed off (or rolled/balled together) as soon as I applied liquid foundation.

Started noticing that there were bags forming under my eyes so I thought I’d give this a try… it works! When you put it on it is really light weight and dries very quickly. But wow to see the difference in person it is truly impressive!

It may or may not be a great product as advertised. I’ll never know because the pump doesn’t work and there is no other obvious way to get the product out. P.S. I finally figured it out. You have to push thru a small hole in the bottom. Unless I missed it, directions on the package would help. Seems to be a good product.
