I had an issue with my book bag with the patch with the d and although I did have to purchase a new one to get a replacement they refunded my money right away and the were very courteous and polite about it and it was only bc of COVID.Just to let you know the lunch bags are very spacious for the design of the bag and the pattern is extremely cute and my 9 yo twincesses love them

So many pockets!
My daughter fell in love with his bag when we were looking a new backpack for school We were pleasantly surprised when it came in the mail to find out that it has a ton of storage. I've actually had to ask her to refrain from sticking stuff in anything other than the main zippered area and the small one at the very front where we place her snack for kindergarten everyday so she can easily find it, I'm afraid she will loose items in the other pockets because she forgot she placed it there.I love the padded shoulder straps don't dig in, and the material of the bag helps keep it dry but doesn't feel unpleasant to touch either.Could not be any happier with this bag and I think my daughter feels the same.

Sturdy, a ton of space, and comfortable to wear.
I got this adorable pink backpack for my great niece, and she absolutely loves it! She really enjoys all of the compartments and put couldn’t wait to put something into each section. I really appreciate the detachable lunch bag, adding a nice level of functionality. It is the perfect size for her while allowing for room to grow. The padded shoulder straps are comfortable, and the construction seems very sturdy. This is a dream backpack for any child who loves pink and unicorns!

My daughter is in first grade and this backpack is amazing! Perfect size and LOVE the lunch back it comes with, it can be carried by handles or shoulder strap. This backpack has room for everything!
