I had tried one other set of hand paddles before that were cloth that surrounded that hand and had velcro wrist bands and they were not near as nice as these. The firm plastic of the hand paddle keeps the hand in the right position to catch the most amount of water while swimming or while working on strengthening exercises. The elastic is soft and pliable and fits well and these are very easy to put on in the pool for swimming. Their light feel is also a bonus because it doesn't weight down the arms while it helps to build muscles by increase the resistance in the water. I have only swam with them a couple of times so for sturdiness I can not vouch yet but I have seen others use this style for years without issues. It is one of the reason I purchased this style and I am not disappointed.

This item is a very good swimming supplies and can be used for a useful workout session and the item is good in the water and won’t be easily torn up.

These are working perfectly for me. My hands are small, they fit great. They are lightweight and thin, take up little room in my swim bag. They are improving my swim stroke and I also use them for water exercises such as bicep curls, etc. Decent price, good value.

These are half the price of major brands but are very comfortable... maybe even better than the speedo paddles.

I have narrow hands with long slender fingers and these fit really well.The space for the thumb could be 1/4th of an inch wider, but it's not really a big deal at all.The middle finger strap is kind of snug - I can't imagine anyone with thick/fat fingers dealing well with this, but for me it's perfect. The two side straps fit well, once you get them adjusted.These are good for beginners because they aren't huge - they have just the right surface area without being too small and they really make you aware of when your stoke/pull is off.Be warned - if you've never used hand fins and go nuts with them on your first day (I didn't, thankfully) you're shoulders are going to ache. I definitely felt it, both when swimming and the hours after.I now totally understand why these are one of the top selling hand fins - they're inexpensive, well made, easy to use, and not too big and not too small...but just right.

I added the hand paddles to my swim workout on a lark. They are really awesome. Easy to use and it steps up the upper body workout. I wouldn’t think twice about ordering them again.

The media could not be loaded. I was worried because I have such big hands, but these fit very well and adjust perfectly to fit my hand. These make a significant difference with some high resistance and allow me to go much faster while lap swimming. It helps that I got a compliment on the gray color too!
