These 1" Electrodes work perfect for my target area and this size is meant for specific areas, while larger electrodes are meant for other areas depending on the coverage area and intensity you are looking for. For people who keep complaining that they do not stick properly or keep falling off; then here is a suggestion one of which I use quite frequently and it isn't a bother. Use no hurt tape or use 3M Micropore Medical Paper Tape to hold the electrodes in place and your problem is solved.

Small pads to use on my cramping legs! Being so small, they CAN'T have the stick-em like a larger pad. Two electrodes per leg, each on separate channels works better for me. I highly recommend the use of an electrode gel. Good quality, great value. Hint: If you have hair where you'd like to place these, shave it off-greatly improves adhesion and performance.

I recently had thumb surgery and got these for my hand. I do not have sweaty hands quite the opposite. They did not stay. I had to wrap an ace bandage around my hand to hold them in place. To be completely fair, I'm not sure any pads would be sticky enough for hands. I will buy these again, just use with the ace bandage.

Hard to find electrodes that can provide more targeted therapy with a tens unit These are a nice size for that and work great.

These are without question the worst TENS pads I have ever used. I accidentally bought this particular size/shape because I wasn't paying attention when I added them to my cart and checked out. I was slightly irritated when I opened the package and saw that they were very small. I shrugged it off as my mistake and pulled a pack out for use. Right away I was concerned that they were going to be sticky enough as they were coming off of their plastic backing with little effort on my end.They stuck to where I put them but they didn't feel secure at all. I don't know how many know this but a TENS pad that has a current going through it does not feel pleasant in any if it isn't making complete contact with your skin. They adhered to me for the session and I removed them. I put them back on the backing and they came right back off! If they won't stick to the plastic backing then they will most certainly not adhere to skin for a second use. Hoping it was a fluke I pulled another set out and placed them somewhere else on my body, around my knees. Same story as when I used them on my lower back.These are effectively one time use pads and they are barely able to do that. Anyone who has been reliant on a TENS unit for pain relief knows that this is quite distressing. A lot of pads that I have bought off of Amazon have had limited use compared to the pads I used to get through Zymex. This is my fault for not being thorough enough before buying and I have no problem taking that blame. But making pads with such weak adhesion is garbage and that is exactly where these pads belong. I will never buy from them again and I suggest nobody else buys them either.After reading through several different Discount TENS reviews for their pads I will be buying those next. As they are consistently said to have multiple uses from just one four set with many saying one set lasted about a month of continual use! That is amazing and if I can get even half of that time for one set of pads I will be very pleased.In short, if you're looking for quality pads that will adhere well and give you multiple uses out of one four set then you should be looking elsewhere. These are cheaply made trash full stop and should not be bought by anyone. They honestly shouldn't even be sold here or anywhere else. It's one thing to use a gel to extend the life of your pads further but it's another altogether if that is the only way you will get more than one use out of them! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for pads you need because buying these will lead to disappoint for sure and ciuld possibly leave someone without the most effective pain relief they can get that isn't a medication.

Just what I was looking for will purchase again

False advertising again! Not one inch as you can see from the picture they are 1 1/4 inches. Not a big deal unless you're trying to use them on small things like fingers. Which I am trying to do. The ones that I already have that are worn out are 3/4 of an inch.

I've used two sets from this package and both times experienced painful shocks from my TENS that I did not experience with the electrodes that came with the unit. Will not purchase again.
