Q: Is this nude color or tan?

It is what I'd describe as a medium nude. If you are a summer complexion type, you will not notice it. It blends really well with causation-middle eastern 'cool' skin colours... even on the lighter parts of my body.

Q: Just had surgery on right index finger again due to scar. How does this compare with scar away? Does it stick well?

I think it works better and quicker (and less expensive) than Mederma, and I tried Mederma while it was still a prescription.

Q: How hard is it to peel off? And is it painful for a child?

I didn't find it hard. Certainly not as hard as a bandaid. It is definitely sticky so it stays put. It is a thin material so I had to use a fingernail to lift a corner to peel it off.
