We placed two of these fans in our downstairs game room, about 1200 square feet, and they help immensely with providing a cooling breeze. It was literally take out of the box screw into place and plug in. Did not increase noise level either.

Seen this method of install in the reviews and thought it was a great idea, so I had to use it. For the garage it really keeps the fan out of the way.My only complaint is that it comes with two small Colley anchors and one expansion anchor. I had to go to the hardware store to get bolts for my anchor plan, which of my own doing, but I do think you could have another option.I bolted 2 each 2x4 together then drilled a one hole up the center so it could still rotate. Works great and very happy with it….

I bought the wall mounted fan for my garage gym since it's getting real hot now that it's summer.It came with a dented arm and I contacted the company and they quickly sent a replacement. The customer service and communication was excellent.The fan comes assembled out of the box and it also brings the hardware to mount it.I chose not to mount in on the ceiling or wall, instead, I mounted it on the brackets that connect the garage door track to the ceiling.This was just my personal choice so that I didn't have to look for wall studs or ceiling joists.It turned out to be an easy installation since those brackets already have holes so I didn't have to do any drilling.I just had to use a different bolt since the one it comes with is meant to use on walls/ceilings.I really like that I can turn and angle the fan in multiple directions .Overall I'm very happy with the fan. It has 3 powerful settings and it works great to cool down my garage.

I bought 2 of these to mount to the ceiling in my shop (some wierdos call it a garage). I hooked them up to a wireless remote outlet so I can turn them on/off. LOVE IT! They are high velocity fans, so they are not your 12" plastic desk top. They have a little noice but for the air they push, well worth it (I always keep it at 2/middle setting). Great fan...do it.
