Its 100% effective. You can feel a sensation within 30 minutes of consumption. A bit overpriced than the matket rate.Hope Sharrets reduce the price.Bulletproof coffee only works with this.I have used Kayos and other brands but none is compared to this.Go for it.

I have lost over 60 pounds with the aid of the Sharrets MCT oil.It is a great source of energy and fat burning for me in my everyday life now. I really like this Sharrets Nutritions MCT oil. It doesn't have any taste and no oily feel on my tongue. A high quality product in my opinion.Well.....I never write reviews, but I think this product is worth it!! Sharrets was supposed to be a good product. But the product tastes like piss.Its intolerable.Even adding cocoa and almond butter to it doesn't improve the taste.The previous product of a different company was tasting neutral.But this taste is downright bad
