Wow! This between the knees pillow has made my nights so much more comfortable. Before it arrived, my sciatica was keeping me awake. If I did fall asleep, I would awaken multiple times with terrible hip discomfort from sciatica. Now I can sleep! Love it! I really like the Velcro strap because It allows turning from side to side without having to reposition the pillow. It stays in place all night for me.

It worked!Months ago, at the point where my knees came together, I experienced intermittent pain that increased in severity and reduced my range of motion, especially in my left knee. When it got so bad I began to limp, I visited my doctor who believed the issue may be arthritis. She supposed it was likely chronic, and recommended pain relievers to reduce pain and swelling, which helps, but only temporarily. After a few weeks I decided to add this pillow between my knees while sleeping. I am so happy I did! OVERNIGHT the pain was reduced by roughly 50% and nearly 100% the morning after that. I suspect that I must have been sleeping on my side and clamping my knees together at night -perhaps irritated a nerve? I hope that with regular use, the discomfort will cease entirely.I would prefer it was a bit smaller and a bit less firm, but it does the job well, has a zippered cover so I can easily wash it occasionally, and it was the only model at this price with a strap to keep it in position while sleeping, which is very important. Very pleased!

I'm usually a side sleeper, which caused a major amount of hip pain if I didn't shift much through the night. I tried pillows but they end up sliding out or getting in my girlfriend's way overnight.I decided to try this as it was smaller and easier t control, and the change was immediate. I wear it directly above my knee on the leg opposite the side I'm laying on. It's weird to get used to but once you do you won't want to sleep without it. It's not super plush, but that's kind of the point. Keeps your legs straight so you don't get pressure in your joints for hours on end.Very helpful in getting restful sleep and not feeling broken when I wake up.

It works well. I use it every night & it's helped my knees & back. However, the cover, after two washes, falls apart & pills. See photos. I gave it one less star because of this problem. Soon I won't be able to put the cover back on at all. Best way I can describe it is like a run in a stocking. They for sure could have found a better material to cover it with. Or at least offer an extra cover or even some you can buy with different patterns on it.

Nice looking pillow. I purchased it in hopes that it might help relieve pressure points at my hip. I found it rather uncomfortable, its too firm for me. I figured i would be returning it. But, i discovered it made a great support pillow for my shoulder. I'm a side sleeper, i also have bursitis in my shoulder. This little pillow gives me support for that shoulder. Very happy.

I got this knee pillow for my hip bursitis and ITBand tightness. It works very well. It keeps my hips in alignment and stays put with the strap. I wish the strap were a bit tighter, so I wouldn't have to move it back into place when changing positions, but it's not a big deal. FYI, the listing says the cover is removeable, but I have not found this to be the case. If I got the cover off, it'd be almost impossible to get it back on. Other than the cover, I like this product because it works well.
