I ordered these for my elderly mother, the picture for the product, shoes a lady holding a very small tablet, they arrived, mum tried to swallow them, but they are the size of a £1 coin, see my photo. False advertising as far as i am concerned. £25 wasted as my mother can't use them.

I've been taking glucosamine supplements for a number of years now. I do so for two main reasons: my late mother suffered from osteoporosis and I really don't want the same thing when I get old, and a few years ago I ruptured my Achilles tendon. Glucosamine is a building block of ligaments, tendons and cartilage, so if I boost my levels I hope to strengthen my body and prevent anything else going twang! Once was enough, and three months on crutches and no driving was a real hassle. Walking is very much taken for granted, until you suddenly can't any more!It's difficult to state whether this particular supplement is effective as a definitive answer would require a large double blind clinical study. But, we are given a good sized dose and an entire years supply for a decent price. My only reason for awarding four instead of five stars is that I usually opt for a combined glucosamine and chondroitin supplement, and would have preferred that here. Chondroitin works in a similar way to glucosamine, and the two supplements compliment one another. A combined pill saves money.However, if you're on the lookout for a pure glucosamine supplement at a reasonable price, and from a reliable UK based manufacturer operating to high standards, this is well worth considering. A solid four stars, which in official terms means "I like them"

The verdict isn't out just yet

Supplement for rehabilitation after broken and disallocated shoulder. I don't know if it works, but after few months my shoulder is almost like new :)

Deze Glucosamine werkt echt heel goed.Alleen de bezorging is vreselijk. Ze bellen aan in de hal en leggen vervolgens je pakket beneden neer en gaan weg. Ik woon 4 hoog en moest mijn pakket in het gebouw gaan zoeken.
