I love my purple and white yoga ball!!! When I received my yoga ball it was ready to inflate. It came with everything you need to inflate and store the ball. It includes a steadying ring. The measuring tape that was provided is marked for the diameters of the ball. It even has holes in it so you can encircle the ball, put the nozzle of the pump through the holes into the ball and inflate. The only thing that needs improvement is the pump. It was a little awkward to use. It wasn't really stable to use by foot. I used my hands and arms. I have to admit it was a really good work out. You need to be really quick when removing the pump nozzle and inserting the plug. The ball deflates rather quickly. Also make sure you are grabbing the needle, and not above where the needle connects to the hose (LOL, I did). I really did not think the ball was going to hold my weight as I am currently over 200lbs. Once I let it sit over night at 80%, I blew it up to 100%, plugged it, and sat down. To my utter surprise it held and continues to do so. I would definitely recommend this product. A wonderful product for a great price.

The material for the ball and ring was sturdy and easy to inflate. The instructions and accessories were straightforward. Great find!

I didn’t read reviews before I purchased, but after I received the ball and noticed the ball wasn’t inflating to the size I expected, I looked in the reviews and saw many others experienced the same. The instructions say to inflate 80%, wait 24 hours and inflate to full. This is exactly what I did. Yet, the ball still didn’t reach 65cm, and it’s inflated very firmly.In the end, the ball should do it’s job. But disappointed of the false advertisement in size.

Compared to another 65cm ball I have this one is mush thicker, and consequently deflects much less when you sit on it. That makes it more comfortable. You sink in to far withThe thinner balls. Nice than I expected.

I really like this ball. I am using the ball for core exercise and for pelvic floor exercise. I am an older woman and would have great difficulty getting up from the floor if I fell off the ball. This ball is very stable because of the ring which keeps it in place. I saw another review of a ball which said that the ball doesn't fit in the ring that the ring is too big. Well it is not supposed to fit snug. If you have never used a stability ball remember they do not stay perfectly still that is the whole idea. They move a little as you move and you need to stay stable this is what strengthens your core muscles.I am a big lady and this ball holds my weight well. It is very good for your back if you have to sit and work, you cannot slouch sitting on this ball. I highly recommend this ball.

I bought this for use as a home office "chair" when I was working from home during COVID. I love it. I find myself bouncing to my music (just a little - not full hoppity-hop) and I think because you can constantly change your position just by rolling slightly* it alleviates / can alleviate pain.*I use it without the base that helps hold it in place so I roll around (on purpose) quite a bit.I am 6' tall and close to 300lbs. I was worried the ball would not support me but it has done a fantastic job. The "height" is adjustable by how much air you put in and it comes with a measure to help you figure that out. Simple to use and to adjust. It might be hard to use it 100% of the time at first as I do believe you develop muscles in your core/back, etc. to have proper posture. Once you get used to it, I think you'll love it.

I got this as a comfortable seat for while I was pregnant and to use for my Pilates exercises. I got the 65 cm so I could be in the proper position of having my knees be at a 90 degree angle. The extra weight of pregnancy made it so I needed a size larger than the recommended size for my height of 5’5”. I really like the stability ring that comes with it especially since my balance is off during pregnancy. I use this as my chair for my vanity or when I just need a comfortable spot to sit. Worth it.

This ball is okay. The process of inflating took a long time but was relatively easy with the foot pump. However, I've only had it for a week and have had to add more air twice already. I like the inflatable ring that comes with it to prevent it from rolling around. I feel like it helps my back but primarily when it's fully inflated. Probably wouldn't repurchase. Just ok.

La palla da ginnastica è senza ombra di dubbio molto valida.Un consiglio però, mi permetto di darlo.Quando ho fatto l’acquisto da persona non competente quale sono, ho acquistato la palla di diametro 75 pensando di fare un ottimo acquisto.Purtroppo la palla per me è troppo grossa, l’ho gonfiata meno, ma l’ideale sarebbe stato acquistare la palla giusta secondo la mia altezza.Questo consiglio non viene assolutamente menzionato ed è per questo che si incorre facilmente nell’acquisto sbagliato.Bisogna dare questa informazione importantissima per chi la dovrà usare.Io ho fatto una scelta sbagliata pensando di comperare la migliore, ma non e’ la palla giusta per me.Avrei potuto effettuare la sostituzione ma avevo già buttato via le scatole dell’imballo.Più consigli si leggono e meno si sbagliano gli acquisti.Non avevo mai usato la palla prima, ho iniziato ad usarla in palestra per importanti problemi di salute alla colonna vertebrale e non mi sono resa conto dell’importanza del diametro della stessa.È senz’altro molto valida, solo per il fatto di avere l’anello alla base che la rende stabile per cui durante gli esercizi non scivola via.
