Lasts a long time on a single charge
Its a great little light. It takes forever to charge up, but it also lasts a while without needing a charge. On average, I use it about 1hour everyday on maximum brightness and my last charge lasted 2weeks with 2battery bars left, so I could possibly have continued using it for another 1week or so. Its quite bright for its size, lights up a small room alright, comparable to a 20watt energy saver bulb. Not sure if the temperature reading is accurate, cus i've got nothing to compare it with. It keeps good time and I really like the warm light option and the fact that its got a battery level indicator.Cons: the controls are not very intuitive and need to be refined. for example, Just one button is used for both deeming and brightening, which presents an interesting problem; to brighten, you have to hold the button, however if you release the button before max brighteness you cannot brighten the lamp any further, cus if you press the button again, it starts deeming the lamp. Its hard to explain, but you'll notice the problem once you get it. That said, its not a deal breaker for me. I would buy again.Recommendation: The controls for deeming or brightening ought to be separated.would have liked to give this product a 4.5 star rating, but amazon doesn't allow that and I can't justify a 5 star rating cus of the Con...so 4 stars is what this great little light gets!Update: 8 September 2022Best rechargeable lamp I've ever owned! Got used to the controls.Battery capacity has not degraded noticeably despite using this lamp almost everyday since purchase (PS: I'm in a country with daily long blackouts).Lamp is still as bright as the first day I got it.Quite durable too - although the rubber flap for the charging port broke off.Updated to 5 Stars! I'm definitely going to buy again!

Just paid for itself
Had qualms when first received. As others noted, it's a bit unstable to stand on the "foot" like a lantern...it'll do it though. It would be great as a camping lantern, but I'm not doing that these days. Wasn't sure what I would use it for, other than an emergency lantern. But I found uses!First, I put a strip of black electrical tape on one side of the light part--see pix. This, so I could use it like a flashlight, without blinding myself. Works great! The lamp is quite bright, and though it doesn't throw a beam, it's bright enough to see plenty to the front AND sides. And of course it can be dimmed as desired. Then I found an old lanyard. Put that on instead of the included hook. MUCH better...a BIG advantage...I can loop it over my neck and do all sorts of things in the dark, with BOTH hands free. No need to prop like a flashlight, and it goes where I go! Plenty of light for walking, hiking, working on various projects at night.I found myself doing a repair under a cabin. Not night, but very dark. And tight. Had to crawl to various locations etc. Just put the Sinvitron off to the side, and it illuminated the whole underneath area...no need to shift a flashlight around, or drag a cord for a trouble light. And it was rainy and muddy, but didn't have to worry about the light...it's water resistant with a really well-made tough casing. So now it's my go-to light. And the huge battery means it will go all day. Much longer if I dim it down. Great as a battery backup for cell phones, or emergency light if the power goes out. And it has a natural yellowish light if desired, for friendlier settings. Highly recommended!

Recommend
Solid, heavy apparently high quality efficient LED lantern with nice features. Battery seems to last. Nice to have time, temperature and battery strength display. Variable selectable brightness. Only poor design feature is that it is only stable on a tabletop with the lens facing down. The other end is very narrow which makes the light unstable standing with the lens up. Apparently designed just for hanging. Could easily have designed both ends to be stable. Still highly recommend.

Sneaky change, smaller battery.
This is a spectacular all-purpose power bank. I've purchased 3 units for home and outdoor use. I keep one in my car at all times, and have been so thankful for these lanterns during storms and power outages. My most recent purchase however immediately surprised me after unboxing, because the product was significantly lighter in weight. I'll get to that, but functionally the product is the same:-Temperature monitoring and timekeeping works well,-multi color LED(white 2700k, white 4000k, and red) with fully adjustable brightness options,-LCD screen with backlight to display time/temp. Backlight can be toggled on and off.-New model has USB C input, old model has micro USB-Single output USB port and a huge battery capacity. This is the big point where the units differ though. As seen in the attached photos, the first unit I purchased(left) has a 15,000 mAh capacity. The recent purchase only has 10,400 mAh. That's a huge change, with the older unit having almost 50% more charge. With that said, the product is still very good. I wish they would have retained the 15,000 mAh option and created a new option for the 10,400 rather than sneaky swapping the same product listing. I would gladly purchase the 15,000 mAh again but may look at alternatives going forward due to the reduced capacity. My only real complaints is the lantern cannot easily be turned upside down to act as a lamp. The top of the unit is not really stable as a base, so it almost has to be hung up for good light dispersion.
