Nice speed bag.
I bought the medium size bag and have been using it daily for about 3 weeks. I do have boxing experience and usually would buy a small bag, but my kids and wife use it also so I went for the medium one rather than the small one. As far as the construction, there has been no quality issues. I pumped it up to 4.5 psi and it's holding up well. For a medium bag it's sufficiently fast. My 8 year old daughter and 10 year old son picked up on the speed quickly. If you're new and trying to decide between a medium and large, get the medium. The large is actually harder to learn on and is so much harder to get going quick. You'll wish for a smaller one after a couple of weeks. Only thing I find annoying about the bag is the lace seems to want to come undone. Had to re-tie it a couple of times. But other than that it's been great.btw..if you are brand new, pump it to 4 psi. Much easier. Difference between 4 psi and 5 psi is quite astounding. Lower psi is much more forgiving of slightly off center strikes. It's easier on your skin, and is a bit slower. It's also quieter and cause less vibration if noise is a factor where you train. At 5 psi, a slightly off center strike cause the bag to go in different directions. But once you get the hang of it, it's much faster.I use this pump Under Armour Dual Action Pump, Black and it works great.

stays in line
out of all the speed bags ive used this one takes the cake.- i have 2 problems with speed bags usually. either they are so perfectly round that if you hit it in just barely the wrongspot it wobbles off course and ruins the flow of the workout and any drills im trying to accomplish.- the second is that they all tend to fall apart after a good 4 to 6 months of repeated use. and even after duct tapingor trying to restitch them by hand, the leather is just useless and i have to get another one, or when they do start totear then problem number one occurs where it may hit the board with the tear off center and spin out of controlmaking me restart my rythm: the gyro bag has cleared both of these problems. with the 4 panels its slightly flatter where you hit and where it hitsthe board so it stays in line the whole time, letting me change footing positions or drill numbers without an issue.: and on the quality part, this bag has been in nonstop use by myself and the other 50 guys in my ships gym aroundthe clock and it still looks almost as good as new. and with the price being so low i can afford to buy another one 3years down the road when and if it finally does crap out.. very stable. strong quality materials that will last

Excellent performance from a solid bag
Practicing martial arts with good equipment is important and a speed bag is great for practicing rhythm, tempo, hand/eye coordination, and concentration. I needed to replace my old everlast speed bag whose bladder ruptured. Based upon the reviews and the price point, I decided to acquire this one.This inflates very evenly and the shape of my product was uniform. The leather is firm and durable feeling, and the seams are evenly done. When properly struck, this returns back in an even, consistent manner. For the price, this is a great speed bag.Highly recommended.

Nice bag, leaked after barely any use. Seller rewolved it
Leaked after a month of very light use. However Title Boxing sent a replacement bladder, and after a bit of work, I was able to replace it. Great support though.

Good action. Excellent value for the money.
Good bag. Bought the medium. A little smaller than expected - 6.85" max diameter inflated. Not quite a peanut, (The Fighter) but for the money, good value. Mounted it in my garage next to my medium-heavy bag. Use it daily. Doesn't seem to deflate much even with extreme temperature changes and a good pounding. I give it a few pumps every few times I use it. Checked out Everlast at local sporting goods store. Bought this one for a little more money instead. I'm not a real heavy pounder, not an experienced boxer, but it takes my workout at 180 lbs. I'm satisfied with the action. Like most new leather bags, it's a touch slow but that may work out of it. Built my own back board and mount from a small round wooden table top and 2x3's hanging from the rafters, plus some spare hardware. (Might be the cause of the slight sluggishness.) Total cost under $20. (Will post picture later.)

Better than a cheap one
This bag is built like a quality bag but honestly their are cheaper bags that are better. The gyro balance is bs. Nothing special and the rebound even when over inflated is subpar. Overall, better than the generic one my stand came with but better options that are cheaper here on Amazon.

Title=quality
Quality speed bags...purchased the size small & X small as I like to mix up the usage every few weeks as the dynamics of striking changes (for me at least) & thus forces me to focus differently on technique. My only complaint for these bags is the bladders they come with aren't durable at all. I've had to replace the bladders of both bags within 3-4 weeks of purchase. The bags themselves are holding up very nicely and the replacement bladders in both have each held up quite well for months each being used on average 4-5 sessions per week...but again remember, I alternate these every 2-3 weeks so I'm not striking the same bag daily for longer than 3 weeks. In all I'm satisfied with both of these & recommend their purchase...just make sure to purchase replacement bladders with your order!
