Can't say much, because I didn't use it for long.

In a nutshell I purchased these to help illuminate strong wind due to the diet I am doing. And I was not disappointed, at the start of feeling bloated or passing wind I simply took 2 tablets and within about 20 mins the problem was gone! Highly recommend!

Have found this works really well for bloating and indigestion.

I have not noticed any difference taken these.

I use these as biotoxin binders as part of a heavy metal detox program which has improved my energy. Of course this has to be repeated at intervals in order to keep pulling them out as they are in the water, air, pharmaceuticals, sprayed fruit and vegetables, regular cosmetics - lipstick, make-up etc. I also use chlorella powder mixed with water before food as it is very effective in binding toxic metals.

One seal was completely missing from one container and I cannot accept it, the other two containers were fine. I suffer from stomach ulcers and lleitis, I have discovered by accident that two capsules each morning stabilises my stomach and I no longer have to take up to six Lopermide tabs per day

I have used these over the years and they work as well as if not better than Life Plan's Charcoal tablets which are more expensive. Take a few before a meal or drinking and they will help a lot.
