Great shaving soap.
This is a high quality well made shaving soap. It is tallow based so it is smooth and slick. It has a wonderful sandalwood fragrance that is very pleasant. It lathers very well , and I have a pleasant shave when using it. I highly recommend this shaving soap.

High Quality, Creamy, Smells Good, Fits Crabtree (sort of)
I was lost when Crabtree & Evelyn went down. Found this and very pleasantly surprised. Nice fragrance, creamy not foamy, and lasts way longer. Diameter a tad smaller but still fits my mug without wiggling. Ironically, the tiny gap makes lathering up a bit easier. Very impressed!

Typical DR Harris
This is really nice soap! I regularly use Arlington and Windsor. I think this one performs the best so far. Excellent lather. Slick and wonderfully scented. These hard pucks also last a long time. Great product!

Shaves nice, fragrance none.....
Two measures: = Shaving - it's very nice, foams nicely, smooth shave. Based on this only it would get 5 star. = Fragrance - I like the scent of sandalwood (no accounting for taste, eh....) which was why I ordered this. There was a slight scent when the box was first opened, which faded away quickly. Down one star for this. For a stronger scent I like Proraso (from Italy) better. Art of Shaving Shaving Soap is also nice, but way overpriced.

This is a wonderful shave soap. It produces a good lather and the odour is at the perfect level. Would highly recommend over and above most shave soaps. Plus it lasts a long time so value for money
