Bromelain
I started taking this bromelain supplement mainly for inflammation and joint discomfort. After using it consistently, I noticed it helped a bit with soreness and overall pain levels, especially after long days when my body feels stiff. The capsules are easy to take and don’t upset my stomach, which is a big plus. The bottle also lasts a good amount of time, so I think it’s a good value for the money. Good product.
Seems good to me. Ive been eating pineapple but the acidity builds up and your mouth ends up super sensitive. So this is a good workaround.

It Works!
IT is great to use daily. I beats drugs for indigestion, with no side effects. Also, if you do indulge in to many sweets, it helps balance your system, at least for me.

I found the odor if this capsule unpleasant. It does not smell like pineapple fruit but more like the plant. Not appetizing at all.
