So first I'll have to say that I did not use this protector for its intended purpose, but I saw others in the user questions asking about other surfaces so I thought I would talk about my use for my graphic drawing tablet.I thought I would cut costs and use a more affordable protector before I tried one meant for my tablet to see if I liked it. Long story short: I love it! There's just some things to consider--First up: This fits the active area of my Intuos 4 Small perfectly! I had anticipated the holes for the home button and microphone would be in the way, but they sit just outside of the active area. Use the guides to line it up and it'll fit snugly and perfectly. You can see the holes in the screen protector line up EXACTLY outside of my tablet's active area in the review photo.Because my tablet is not screened (i.e. it has no display, it's just a usb drawing tablet), I had no issues with glare or cloudiness, so that is irrelevant.There were bubbles, but my tablet was already scratched (why I needed the protector to begin with) and the scratches got so deep it was making my pen jump and ruin my line work. The bubbles are not noticeable at all and they do not make my pen skip.Now for the bad side, which I could not dock any stars for because this is not being used for its intended purpose:This surface eats away at the nibs that came with my Intuos very quickly. Bear in mind I had been taping real printer paper to my tablet for years as a cheap way to protect my tablet and provide "tooth", and I got fed up with having to replace the paper every month or so because of the pen digging trenches into it. But for the years I had been doing that, I wore through one nib. With this screen protector, I wore down 2 nibs since I received this product at the end of October. It is now December. That's a lot faster! I'm not sure if I need tougher nibs (if I can get tougher nibs) or if I may need to try a different protector.Overall my experience was great! It was so easy to install and it honestly feels very nice. The noise is a little upsetting, but I use music when I draw anyway. And once again, I am not using the product as intended, so take that with a grain of salt. A tougher nib that won't wear down as quickly would probably sound just fine.I'll update my review if I do manage to find a tougher nib, but right now I gotta say if you're looking for a cheap protector for your intuos, this size screen protector is perfect. Maybe don't use paper texture if you have default nibs though.

Great screen protectors for the iPads. Easy to clean, no bad reflections, and not sticky or slippery. Wish I could find these for my iPhone now. Definitely the texture and finish that I look for in a screen protector.

This screen protector does a good job of adding just enough texture and resistance to dramatically improve the writing experience with the apple pencil.It is true that it is not as much as actual paper, but it is enough to provide a much more natural feeling as well as deliver alot more control over the pencil.I see a few complaints about this being difficult to install or even a few reviews saying that you should apply this only in a bathroom with a running shower. I did this on my desk at work in perhaps less than 5 minutes using the provided materials, with no prior experience. Just take your time and it will be fine. The few bubbles I did have were easily removed with the provided squeegee.The matte appearance to the screen/anti-glare was not the primary reason i bought the screen. However, I don't feel that it has really impeded my experience of the screen. You should not expect the appearance to be as crisp as the stock glass, but the distortion is really minimal and I don't think about it. In my opinion and for my purposes, using this for note-taking and as an EFB, this is exactly what I was looking for.Comparing this to other products. I will say that I bought this after noticing a "Paperlike" brand screen protector on a friends Ipad which he had let me try. Aside from this product being a quarter of the price, the feel and appearance is almost identical, and I would say that based on my recollection of the paperlike, and being unable at this moment to compare them side by side, I would say this product offers slightly more resistance than paperlike which I view as a positive.

I enjoy the texture, fits my mini ipad 5th generation well. Only thing is it can be a little harsh on the apple pencil tip so beware.

This is my first Apple pencil and I found drawing on the screen was really slick, and that it was recommended to get a matte finish (paper like) screen protector so I decided on this after some researching. My only complaint is that it only came with one screen protector and I normally like 2 just in case I screw up putting it on. Normally I hate screen protectors of any kind. It dulls the screen and there just isn't good contact between your pen or finger and I get frustrated to the point I take it off. Even though this is a matte finish I haven't really noticed any difference in viewing the tablet and I really love the rough texture for drawing. Now, i'm mostly just drawing on my tablet and don't really use it for anything else (I don't even have Netflix installed on here, so i'm not viewing shows), but I can't tell you how many times i've put screen protectors on just to pull them off because I can't stand them. I haven't felt that way about this one once. Even my son said how much he loves drawing with it on. The slick screen didn't bother me that much, but this is really nice and i'm glad I went ahead and got one.When installing I had trouble lining up the top camera hole and bottom button hole, and i'm a bit OCD about making sure everything is perfect, so I pulled it back a few times to adjust it, and there was no issue. As I was doing that I was like "great, now i'll have to buy another one" but I didn't! It did great with me removing and repositioning a few times. Just be warned, it was extremely static-y for me when doing this and I got a few little fibers under it, so I had to peel back and remove those. So the fact that I could do that and still have it go on and look great - that right there is worth 5 stars. So I can forgive that it only comes with one protector instead of two. It was easy to place on and remove the air bubbles (some screen protectors are so hard to get those little suckers out) and peeling up to reposition was no trouble.
