Fellowes Ayla 125 with Rapid 1 Minute Warm Up Paper Laminator Including Pouch Starter Kit (5752001)

I just received this and have used it extensively to create various laminated gifts (of photos, flowers, other scanned images) for Christmas. So far it's working flawlessly. I like the wide feed tray insert because I was able to feed two images into it simultaneously, saving a great deal of time. It heats up quickly and accepts 3ml and 5ml laminate pouches. It worked very well with a generic brand of laminate pouches, saving money not having to purchase the name brand pouches. So far, so good. Hopefully it'll continue to work well for a long time.

This laminator is so easy to use! And it does a great job! Very straightforward. It is quick to warm up and recover, the indicator light lets you know if it is ready to feed the sheet through. I was doing extra heavy cardstock and it sealed almost to edge of the paper, which is something I had trouble with on a different brand in the past. This laminator is one I can use periodically and not have to go through the learning process all over again since it is very clear and easy to begin with! I would buy this again.

Excellent item and worth buying

As a teacher who laminates everything, this was worth the pretty penny that it cost. Gone are the days where I had to reprint/remake items due to crinkled laminated sheets. I placed a letter-size paper angled into the laminator by mistake and it STILL came out perfect! Plus, it heats up practically instantly so no need to sit and wait 5 minutes.The only thing I wish it had was a place for the power cord. It's a bit awkward to wrap it around the laminator.

UPDATE Laminated a few more times since initial review and now it's just ruining my daughters cute artwork I was trying to save :( keeps jamming...only? Been a little over 3 months and can't even return it....I only just got this laminating machine for Christmas, but so far I have laminated 19 pages! As long as youre using it correctly, I think this laminator is great! I am very happy with my purchase and was initially skeptical with the mixed reviews!

i loved this laminator at first but now it has overheated and no longer turns on or works after it jammed randomly. i cleared the jam and it repeatedly jams and then all of a sudden stopped working. it is not very good quality for the price, i dont recommend this product.

Got this for work. Works great. I am a teacher and do lot of laminating. Did notice after using it alot it will get really hot. I had to turn it off for about 10 minutes to cool it off. This was when I am getting ready for the school year.
