As described, attractive matte finish.
Nice shallow shape. It feels solid and robust. Mine has a matte finish. The tray comes with (tiny) self-adhesive clear pads to protect the surface it sits on, which is very useful. If you use reading glasses (like me), I suggest putting them on before applying the pads - I made a mess of detaching them from the backing without my glasses, but got them attached in the end. Very pleased with the product.
