I think they work
I am one of those who never know if a supplement is working or not. But since I have been taking these (combining with Vit D supplement), my chronic constipation is almost gone! My B12 levels as tested by the GP were declared under the range and hence I never bothered to take any supplement for them and this was only out of desperation I started taking these. But what a huge difference!If you also suffer from stomach issues, I do suggest to take B12 (even if within the range, i.e. on the lower end) combining with Vit D for a month and see if that helps. It worked in my case..

What I was looking for
Switched to a vegan diet this year and was looking for some high quality B12. The tablets are pretty small, which makes it easier to swallow them. Been using them for a few weeks now and I am totally satisfied.

Treat old age deficiency
I appear to have all the symptoms of B12 deficiency; fatigue, balance, walking etc. ( I am 89 y.o.) for which, my wife goes at regular intervals for B12 injections.I have decided to try self treatment with these tablets but my reading says it may take some months before any beneficial effects. Therefore, I have gone for the most powerful I could find, trusting German quality.
