First to note, there is no bra piece . In the picture where the yellow is , that’s not included . That piece just sticks out . The hook and loop is decent . It props your bust up which I mean isn’t necessary but ok . The actual belly piece was too short for me and I have a short torso . I ordered a 2x and wear a 1x so go up a size . It’s a decent concept but execution is meh . I wish it pulled you in better

So I got this and the waist part is thoroughly adjustable between the velcro and for lack of better terms the metal bra hooks and loops. I was under the impression that there would be an actual sports type bra with a zipper attached but I was mistaken. The bust area is indeed open and doesn't fit properly with a sports bra and it was to say the least, a bit larger than expected even after cinching everything down and placing a tshirt over. There is a bunch of extra material at the top of my back, just under where my collar sits. Not cool. All in all, I didn't send it back and feel that someone in the family can use it.

Run... this product didnt fit my body. UNLIKE the reviews I ordered 2 sizes up. Fit isn't right to embarrassed to post a picture. You get what you pay for

Do not buy not as described. Material is so cheap the vest is nothing like the pics. Just a cheap version of a sweat vest

It defently does what it says it does. By the end of the day I was sweating a lot. I would say that if your needing something to lose inches off your waist this will defently work.
