Can never go wrong with OEM
Work as they should. My Infiniti G37 runs great with these as it should with OEM spark plugs. No issues whatsoever. I recommend cleaning your throttle bodies while you are at it since you have to remove them to replace the plugs towards the back of the engine.

OEM Plugs
While a bit pricey, these are the OE plugs that lasted well for 100K miles on my G37. Relatively easy to install. Recommended.
