After one month of use. Pros: Long life battery (biggest advantage) , nice big and clear screen, dual sim, fingerprint reader works most times after a few attempts, not really tried face recognition, quite fast loading apps, good value for money.Cons: poor to average camera picture quality, very difficult to get a decent wallet case for it (came with rubber cover), seems a bit fragile. so not recommended to drop it, screensaver not particularly strong (2 provided though).Generally, good value for money and does almost everything you need.

I would have given it no stars DON'T buy this phone I bought 1 were you put the Sim card if you aft to take it out more than twice then when you put it back it keeps saying no sim card inserted I took to be fix they wouldn't even touch it so I bought another one same thing happened again 200 pounds down the drain got a great phone now HUAWEI 109 pounds the 2019 y6 at argos 6 inch screen great phone I love it

Buy this phone. It does every thing it should do. Especially at this price you will not find any thing better. It has'nt got the strong metallic feel of top end smart phones. It is plastic. But it is well made and feels good and solid in the hand. Having had smart phones many times more expensive, I am realy impressed with the P6000 plus. Had it now for over 2 months. Happy I made the correct decision, after lots and lots of research. I use it a lot for map reading, with Gps. I have the complete O s maps of Great Britain on it. I use it constantly for all day following the maps, still lots of battery left.It is a little heavier. But thats because you have a large battery. It lasts for ages.Customer support is excellant. I was unsure how the camera flash worked and also I could not upload photoes to my Pc. Every thing fixed thanks to the immediate help from Phoebe at Double Mobile. I was able to sort out both problems. Usb had to switched on in system settings, which I was able to do with prompt's from Phoebe. They would have quite gladly taken it back if I could not do myself. Easier to be talked through it!I was skeptical of support. Some companies do not even answer! But the support from Double Mobile is top notch.Would I recommend? Yes, I would. Would I buy it again? Definitely.

Obviously I didn't want to expend a lot of money but I wanted basically a good battery and dual SIM slot. Comparing all the devices I could I finally decided to buy this one and don't regret.Good price, the best battery I've ever had in a smartphone, 2 Sims, memory enough to install the most of the apps you need. I don't need more.Obviously I must say that this phone does not have 1080p, a bit slow, not good at multitasking, not good for gamers, big phone.I recommend it for that people that basically just want a good phone to ring and battery life.

Was good at first for couple months but after few months of use it doesn't receive texts from phones that are further than 10 meters from the device. Customer support is nonexistent. They only give you 1 solution which doesn't do anything except turns off all functions on the phone so the phone is as good as turned off = useless! I wish I'd known that before buying.

I followed Double-Mobiles helpful advice to order this mobile phone, as I had been having issues with battery life on my previous phone . I received the phone seven days ago and have charged it twice so far, I have been using it for all the normal things , calls texts Whats App, etc . Miracles never cease, a phone that does not need charging every day, what a relief !!! The phone is big (6 inch screen) clear and fast, I am not a phone expert, I am also not a heavy user of the phone, that said, this phone is exceptional value for money and works brilliantly for me . Thanks to Tessie at Double-Mobile for all the your patient help and advice .

Phone came in excellent condition. Basically new. Battery life was great. Phone seemed to lag slightly when handling too many apps.Design is very chunky.After a week the middle of the touchscreen stopped working. And a week after this the phone began to do things by itself. I am under the assumption that this seller new they were providing me with used faulty goods. No matter how many resets it would not work properly. And also, the phone refused to connect to the pc.Unfortunately, this is probably the issue with buying used goods. You honestly can't tell what might be wrong with the phone and if the seller has a genuine reason for selling.

Must thank the person who put this phone up for sale. It arrived in beautiful condition. It may as well have been new. Its fast and responsive and has a hefty battery. My frail wife can now Skype her family and friends for hours now. No need to keep it plugged in. She loves browsing online shops and keeping up with the news too.
