I have been taking this product for a good while due to dry eye issues. All sites I researched said that Omega 3's were recommended for dry eye issues. I was taking 2 capsules of this brand everyday, until I was hit with Gout that was so painful etc. Began to research the cause and this product was 1 of my aha moments as it has fish oil that produces too many purines that can cause gout. Just to be frank here.. I am sure it was a combination of other foods choices that I made that also contributed to the gout. I just needed to share because I do read almost all reviews before I purchase items online and wanted to give a follow-up review for all you gout suffers.

I used this to help lower my cholesterol. Which it did so much my doctor is very happy no cholesterol meds at the moment I go back in 6 months. It shipped fast no after taste. The only problem is how big the gel pill is.

Not sure if you are supposed to feel a difference, but I didn't notice any difference.
