BL-3L Blue Line Stainless Steel Pressure Cooker, 3-Liter

It’s a cute little thing that can do so much. Firstly since it’s BUTTERFLY, It’s reliable. I have a 10 L butterfly blue line cooker that my parents gave me when I started my new family 18 years back. Still going strong, yes both the marriage and the cooker 😃 so when I needed something smaller for smaller portions, I chose butterfly without second thoughts. The dome lid on the blue line is a plus when you have more than one item to pressure cook. You can stack up.The only thing I wish for is if they would sell the stackable pots that would fit in this cooker, as an addition while buying this. So we don’t have to figure out if other pots would fit or notOverall, great purchase.

The Butterfly BL-3L Blue Line Stainless Steel Pressure Cooker is well made, reasonably priced and a perfect size for two-person portions. The order was promptly handled. I gave the pan four stars rather than five for two reasons: (i) it's a bit noisy when releasing steam under cooking pressure (which can be mitigated by cooking at a low heat), (ii) while the top seems securely closed when cooking under pressure, there does not seem to be an actual safety locking mechanism (that my other pressure cookers have) that prevents accidentally opening the pan before the excess pressure is completely released. All in all, I am quite satisfied with this purchase.

I love this litte pressure cooker. It's a perfect size for one or 2 people. I can cook one pot meals and have a couple of leftovers instead of having to freeze the rest.

We bought this a few days back and used it twice. I got cut twice when cleaning it by hand. It has sharp edges. Also, the rubber gasket is not good. It's a loose fit.Overall quality is good, the thickness is superb. From a safety point of view, this is not a good pressure cooker.

Loved the quality. Thick base and dal cooks instantly even quicker than my last cooker. I wanted stainless steel as I was doing away with all aluminum cookers. It was not insanely expensive so i thought I give it a try. I am happy I did.

Very heavy duty and works for me as I usually eat alone. I like to make good meals for myself most of the time and this is a good pressure cooker for me. Quality product.

Be aware of a LOUD noise when it starts hissing, and huge splash of liquid would spout out from the top. The only thing I like about this cooker is that it does cook small portion of legumes softer and faster than a cooking pot.
