BPS 'Storm' Bodyboard with Premium Coiled Leash - Lightweight with EPS Core, Durable for All Wave Conditions

Great bodyboard that feels high quality. I had a lot of fun using it in the waves this summer but there are a few things that I would like to point out. It is very lightweight which I like, but being used to the heavier type, it took some getting used to. It may be pretty sturdy compared to other products especially considering its weight which I love, but I feel like "bulletproof surf" is a bit of a misnomer. After only having it a few days, I was packing it into the car for our beach trip, and once we got there I noticed a dent in the top of the foam. It wasn't large, and certainly not significant but I just wanted to point out that anyone who has this product might want to put on top of their luggage. This was probably just my fault though and just not being as careful as I should be. With its low weight, it may blow away a little faster than other heavier bodyboards. That's not to say that all bodyboards are light enough and have enough surface area to do the same thing. Okay I'm done with the cons, now lets get to the pros. First of all the packaging was great and I didn't feel worried at all that it could've been broken or damaged. Its lightweight construction may be a little unsettling at first, but it makes carrying out to the beach much easier. The strap on it is phenomenal! It is very easy to attach and seems very strong. The Velcro is also very tough and does not come apart easily, so you will not have to worry about it coming off your wrist/ankle. Price is also pretty affordable for something of such high quality. So this is a very good product, obviously with a minor problem because something has to be sacrificed for being so specially lightweight. I would totally recommend this to anyone who wants a high quality, lightweight bodyboard.

I received the items on time and the boards arrived in perfect condition with instructions. We are back from our trip and both my kids used the boards for 2 full days at the beach non-stop. Even when they stopped to rest, my husband and I used them. It took a couple of times to get use to how handle and get the feel for the board,but once we did we enjoyed them just as much as the kids. I would give a 5 🌟, but not sure if the ware of the 2 days at beach, slamming of the waves, riding them may have caused the ware on the blue wave board. The green storm board held out untouched. I do believe this is a higher quality board compared to others I saw on the beach and definitely priced accordingly. Most importantly, we had fun and we're definitely worth the purchase. Didn't take many pictures because we were in the water using or watching the boards being used. If the ware is typical then 5 🌟. Would definitely recommend to anyone. If someone out there knows what the next step board would be for a board one can ride kneeling down please share.

My 14 year old daughter enjoyed using this for the first time for spring break in the Gulf of Mexico. Very fun, great size, leash worked great. The foam covering did bubble up on the second day. It was used alot so was in the sun with foam side up for a long time in the water. Still was usable the rest of our spring break trip, but was a bummer.

EDIT- after my original post the company reached out to me. They were patient and flexible as we were going through a move and I was not to attentive to my email. But they are replacing the board and giving me a credit for the inconvenience. While I am sad the first board bubbled, the company has been great in trying to make it right. My daughter loves being in the ocean. I had held off on buying her a boogie board because she was small and i didn't want garbage. I bought this board for her 7th birthday. Good reviews and decent size. We took it on vacation. She used it all day for 2 days and on the 3rd day when we got to the beach we noticed a bubble on the top. The bubble grew to cover at least half of the top layer. I wanted to contact the company but amaz9n doesn't make that easy. I googled them and looks like they got bought out. I finally found an Instagram account for them and messaged them there but they haven't replied. The board looks good but doesn't seem to be durable and trying to access costumer service is a game. I would look else where

The board is great!!! Never had any issues. Second one I have ordered. Needed the next size up.

I bought it for my granddaughter living in Hawaii. It broke into two pieces after light use. She is 9 years old. The company sent a brand new one right away. Real friendly customer service. I will use them again for their gifts. She has enjoyed it greatly.

In looking for a body board there is so much variation in the recommendation for the size of board based on weight/height. The recommended size board for me was 38-39". I am 57 years old with a muscular build, 5'2", 120 lbs. This board came in 37" so I wasn't sure if it would work for me. I am a beginner to this sport and found the 37" worked perfectly for me. Every wave that I went for, I was able to catch. (I also bought the wild horn fins which may have also helped in catching those waves). The board is sturdy and light weight with a nice leash.

****UPDATE**** The shipper responded to this issue and was very helpful. Top notch service on dealing with the issue. The board seems fine (haven't used it yet) . However: it arrived with a gash in the top foam. The box had no visible signs of damage so I have to assume the damage was prior to packing. This would make it a factory second and not acceptable.
