Extreamly Happy I bought this fantastic printer 2 years ago.
I bought this printer to replace my old Brother Colour laser printer and Epson colour inject with scanner. It may seem odd that I should buy a monochrome laser to replace a colour printer, but there is method to the madness. As I'm a firm believer in a paperless office, I very rarely print to paper unless it's absolutely necessary. Instead I usually print to PDF, so having a ADF was obvious choice for me. scanning documents in colour was an attractive bonus for a monochrome printer. Having had a laser printer before, I'm aware of the cost of the consumables, which tends to cost more than the printer itself (the replacement cartridges consists of Black, Magenta, Cyan and Yellow), Where as a monochrome printer's cartridge there's only one cartridge. If you are considering, buying a laser printer, NEVER buy compatible toner cartridges, because they always leak and sometimes ruin your printer. Having worked in the computing industry for over 20 years, I should have known better, but replacing colour printer cartridges prices is eye watering. Be prepared to pay between £400 - £500 or more for a complete set. unfortunately if one colour runs out, the printer often fails to function even if your not printing colour.I bought this model in 2021 at a fantastic price of £290.01 its colour version at the time was about £500, however I have noticed a severe price drop to about £350, whilst its monochrome model fluctuates between £500 - its current price of £574.49. Don't get me wrong I still think it's worth this price, but before the pandemic and the Ukraine war manufacturers used to produce new models. I do think companies need to get back to inventing new product lines, instead of just inflating prices. shame on you.

Poor Scanner
We've used Brother all-in-one printer scanners for years but they appear to be discontinuing their stock. We opted for this HP and found it very poor in terms of scanning. Half of the time only 6 sheets would scan out of 10 via the auto feeder.Printing pdfs (more than 1 page) and word files was also not possible due to driver issues. We've resurrected our old Brother all-in-one and aren't looking back. This HP is meant to be a new and improved model. Poor scanner akin to 1990s era

Watch the amount that comes out of your account to what you are invoiced.
I paid an invoice total of £414.00 or so I thought. I had £427.78 deducted from my accountWatch what you get deducted from your account on this product. I was deducted an extra £3.78. There is no delivery as Amazon Prime covered this.It is such a jobs worth trying to navigate Amazon to try and find out why this is. Really frustrating. Anything to with having a query or making a complaint is made really difficult navigating the site. The product so far seems ok, but the invoice that comes with it may not reflected what you get deducted from you account. My advice is to watch out for this.

Below the normal HP standard
Supplier is a 5 out of 5 but the product is riddled with small issues and a messy installation if you want to use any of the features.Amazon need to have a review option for the supplier and the product.
