I was planning to use these for a dental themed graduation cake. They work well

What will I use for the filling when I make cupcakes?
Flexible, easy to fill, perfect for Halloween and theme parties, these make great filled cupcakes as well. The trick to making filled cupcakes is to use an apple corer. Go about 3/4 of a way down into an almost cooled cupcake and then pipe in the filling. There's plenty of cool pans out there to help you, but they all have channels at the BOTTOM of the cupake, which doesn't allow you to put the cupcake in a paper liner. Of course these Nomskulls molds don't either, but who'd want to with these cool molds. The best one's I've made so far have to be the s'mores: chocolate cupcake, marshmallow filling and icing with just a hint of ground up graham cracker. These molds make it easy to pop the cupcake right out of it.

I love these things!! I use them to hold all sorts of things... Candy, dips...I haven't actually used them for baking yet but they would make sweet brain holders, too!!

Cute and worked for their purpose
They do make a big cupcake... and will take a lot of "brain" icing to cover. You do have to leave the silicon mold on it if you want it to look like a skull, but as a mini birthday cake it was great and was well liked by the recipient of said cake. Not sure how much use they will get in the future, but as a novelty they are fun.

Halloween Party Favorite
Perfect for the Halloween parties coming up and son was delighted to get this nice surprise from me. I know he bakes a lot for friends and their parties so thought this would be great for rice krispie treats or cupcakes. He said there are many things that can be done with this cupcake mold.Sturdy molds and a fun product for anyone having fun parties for this coming season.

Other than that they are good quality.
We were trying to make skull shaped muffins, but these cups do not include anything below the teeth, so it is not a complete skull.Other than that they are good quality.

Halloween Fun
These were super cool for Halloween ! The one downfall was it was difficult to get the cupcake out, and they weren't especially easy to clean. But I am glad I got them !

The best way to eat them is with a fork
We bought these I think in 2010. The best way to eat them is with a fork. We've never had problems with staining, and have even dribbled food coloring on them. After a few washes, even stains have washed out. They look brand new.

A wee bit disappointed..
These are gorgeous, well made and I couldn't wait to use them. However, they are designed to be presented IN the moulds. They are completely smooth inside (apart from the light eye socket indentations), so upon releasing your baked goods, I assume they will have an odd, unrecognisable kind of goblet shape, with no lines defining nose/teeth. Wish I'd realised this. I just got so excited when I saw them I didn't think it through! A better cake decorator than me might get more out of them though, so I don't want to knock them too hard. There is a recipe/basic instructions on the box to create a frosting 'brain' on top of the finished cake (still in the mould, mind!), and they do look pretty awesome. Despite my disappointment, they are cute, and I love creepy silly things so I'll be keeping them. They could be used for a variety of desserts (jelly or souffle?) and are going to make great serving pots, but that is merely their purpose after all.TL;DR - Don't expect a skull-shaped cake when you pop it out of the mould!

Nomskulls are a ghoulish delight!
I bought these moulds for my friend's birthday, as she's absolutely obsessed with skeletons and loves baking. She immediately used them to make individual steak pies with mash brains, lol! Fantastic little product, great for muffins. :)

Not the best but good.
They are pretty decent. they make cakes with the skull shape. Obviously I was disappointed when I found the details like the teeth and nose were not actually part of the shape you mould into. It was pretty good for candy skulls

So cool!
This skull moulds are so cool! Their made out of resistant silicone and they look amazing once you decorate the cakes with brain-looking icing. Perfect for Halloween or any time!Only thing I would say is that they are more muffin size like, hence the 4 star instead of 5. But they're great!

Cute! Hold up well
Love these, use them for putting little snacks in like fruit salad or icecream. Not yet tried in oven but don't doubt they would be fab like all other silicone items. Holding up well over time after lots of washing in the dishwasher too.
