The umbrella is very well made and provides shade to a large portion of my patio. Took me five minutes to put together by myself. Love the 6 1/2 x 10 foot size. it’s a nice color red and ties in well with my patio set.

holds up well, no fading yet, a year later.

We bought two of these in 2023. Bright yellow (closer to gold) color. One is under a tree, the other in bright sunlight. One must endure constant abuse from neighborhood squirrels and birds above. Apparently one of the things our neighborhood includes is an abundance of dark blue berries, which, after passing through said animals, end up on our bright yellow umbrella. After one and a half seasons, these are still washing off with ease. There are still zero stains. Both still have the original color, and they stand up well to wind and rain. For comparison, our neighbor bought a competitive product from a local retailer. She had to replace hers withing a few months, by which time hers had faded beyond recognition. As I recall, ours were not dirt cheap, but they were well worth the cost.

I received this umbrella at the beginning of April and after 3 weeks one of the spokes broke. I contacted Customer Service and they sent a brand new umbrella. I am very happy with the customer support. The umbrella is a good size for my patio.

I purchased three umbrellas and am so impressed by the quality and look that I decided to write a review. They arrived well packed and included all the parts which I have found is not always the case. They look much more expensive than what they cost. The fabric is thick and the tan is a beautiful neutral color. The construction is solid. The pole is a very nice dark brown. I highly recommend this company! You will not be disappointed.

I purchased the EliteShade patio umbrella and was initially pleased with its appearance and functionality. However, after only 30 days of light use, the cord unraveled and detached from the umbrella shaft, rendering the umbrella completely unusable. The assembly for the cord was poorly placed and did not have a metal retainer, to keep the cord from coming out of the umbrella. Without the cord, it can't be opened at all.When I reached out to Amazon for help, they informed me that I had missed the return window by just 8 days, so they couldn’t assist further. I then contacted EliteShade directly, hoping for a resolution, but their customer service was nonexistent. Despite several attempts, I received no response or support.For a product at this price point, I expected much better durability and service. It's frustrating to invest in a product that breaks so quickly, with no help from the seller or manufacturer. I strongly recommend avoiding this product and brand if you're looking for quality and customer support.

A bit pricey compared to others, but so worth the price. It does not fade and is much thicker than others I’ve bought. Definitely will last for years.

Sometimes its difficult to know if what you are ordering on line is as good as the seller says it is, if it really looks like the picture, and if its good quality. I ordered this one because it looked in the picture, and I liked what the manufacturer said about it. I am pleased to say it checked all the boxes. Couldn't be happier with it. It looked exactly as it did in the picture, color was a perfect match and the quality is readily apparent.For those of you who have read my passed reviews you know that I am very critical of what gets delivered vs. what the description said. Happy to say this ne was a pleasant change. I highly recommend it.
