Apple iPad Pro (11-inch, Wi-Fi, 64GB) - Space Gray (2018) (Renewed)

This device is great, it works great! I love it! I should have purchased one a long time ago. And price is right. Also, excellent customer service.

UPDATE 7/23: after returning and being refunded for the defective iPad sold by Kanga, I ordered a 64g in silver from Certified Tech. The device arrived via FedEx, securely packaged 3 days earlier than estimated. It came with an appropriate charging cord and wall piece and - surprise! - even an impact resistant Speck case with a cradle for the Apple Pen. This unexpected delight has been very useful and, despite me paying a little more for a 64g than I normally would (I need this for virtual teaching in the fall), it saved me a little in providing a safe casing for it too. The device came charged at 80% so it cut on immediately and was ready to go. I’ve been absolutely in love with my experience since - I feel as though I have a new device! The product itself had a single minute scratch on the side but it otherwise is in great condition and has been working beautifully. I’ll check back after a few weeks with updates. ———— previous review, different seller: The device I received did not charge. I attempted to charge it with the charger sent (a Verizon charger) and a legit iPod charger from a friend. Neither worked over several hours. Set up for the refund while I contacted the seller who, not only closed their email using an entirely different name to address me but insisted they did not sell me the device and I must be mistaken. To be clear, this was sold to me (as verified by Amazon) by Kanga. As far as the return process, whereas normal amazon returns can be dropped easily at a locker, they required UPS, which is currently operating fewer stores and on more limited hours.

So far so great! Absolutely fantastic! It is a dream to draw on with the Apple Pencil 2. Furthermore it charges magnetically. No more running out of juice! It has great battery life. Fantastic display! I LOVE THIS IPAD SO MUCH! I can't really tell that its not brand new. Procreate a dream with the Apple pencil 2. Just remember, if you want to do art on the Ipad Pro, you will need an Apple Pencil 2cnd Generation-cost 130$-you don't want to buy old/refurbished Apple Pencils! A new one is obviously ideal, but 1000$, plus the apple pencil (130$) and the protection case (40-80$) is ridiculous. My husband got a Omen 15L (decent little computer, low end of Gaming pcs.) for literally half of the price (well, on sale from 999%, but STILL. You can also get a REALLY nice portable 14" Wacom tablet for 899$. So If you're going to spend that much, might as well get a Wacom! So yeah, don't buy the latest model unless you are lucky to have a large amount of disposable income. Refurbished works GREAT!

So I had purchased a refurbished ipad from this seller about a year ago with the sole purpose of using it for my college classes. I was so excited because I managed to save up the money to upgrade from pen and paper to this beauty. It was working well for the first month and then I noticed it started create lines on the screen out of nowhere and would become unusable for a couple of minutes (keep in mind I’ve never dropped this iPad or even scratched it, I protected this thing with my life). As time went on these little screen freak outs would get worse and last longer than a few minutes but I would put up with it because I would have to pay an absurd amount of money to repair it. Eventually it got to the point where the screen would go completely black and not work again for hours. This video is nothing to compared to now. It’s currently unusable and stuck on this weird line/ black screen forever. I tried talking to the seller and they brushed me off instantly, saying it was no longer their problem. I then contacted Amazon and they just told me to take it up with the seller. I was hesitant to write this review because I’m very supportive of businesses and would never want to shed a bad light, but if anyone is considering buying from these people I wouldn’t recommend. I basically bought a rental iPad and was told it was my problem.

If you thinking about buying this iPad Pro I swear buy it and don’t look back l brought this for my son and he started reading the reviews right after we brought it and he got scared because the reviews were on and off. He also was also doing a lot of research about the iOS it could take. On google it said it would only take iOS 17 but when we got it. It was on iOS 18.3 we later changed this to iOS 26 which worked great especially for it being an iPad from 2018. When he first got the iPad it wasn’t charging but he just had to switch the charger around and boom the iPad was charging. We brought it refurbished- acceptable because it was cheaper but there were only a little bit of color change on the charger port but I promise this was best decision I have made for my son buying wise saved so much money so just buy it I promise u won’t forget it

The iPad works good, but the iPad came in a thin bubble bag inside a box, with cord & charger. The iPad I ordered was supposed to be in excellent condition. It arrived with some cracks & the top upper right corner of the screen had several cracks. I’m guessing it happened during shipping from the way it was packed. After a hour in a half charging with the box & cord that it came with we figured out they didn’t work right. The iPad was still dead. I went and purchased a iPad charger box & cord which charged it great. No big deal about the cord & box it came with. I’m pretty disappointed with the cracks but it’s not worth sending it back being the ups store is a hour in a half away to send it back for exchange. The iPad itself works great. I will upload pictures once I get home.

I use reviews to choose where I purchase items. The seller needs to be trustworthy in the event there is an issue. This is my second Ipad pro 11. My first Ipad pro purchased new; was perfect for me. When it was damaged beyond repair, I wanted another one. To buy electronics used is a scary thing even with warranty. The item I received was perfect inside and out. Knocking on wood not to jinx me, but I am very happy with my purchase at this time. Even with Christmas deals at a cheaper price on other ipads, the ipad 11 pro is the one for me.

This 2018 generation 2 Ipad with T1 capacity was chosen for OS 18.5 upgradability and space for movies and photographs at a reasonable price. It was graded as excellent but I would grade it even better. There was not a mark on screen or case. It works perfectly and came ready to set up. It came with replacement charging cable. It arrived as promised in one day. It charged fully to 100%. Of course it is not the equal of later models but it serves my needs. I highly recommend this seller,
