I've been a buyer on Amazon for over 25 years and I have to say---the seller of this H20Floss is the best I've ever encountered! First off, the flosser is amazing! It works 10000x better than I expected--I really feel the cleanliness and freshness of my teeth after using it, much more so than regular floss--and it keeps its charge for nearly 3-4 weeks of twice daily use! This flosser also comes with a regular wall socket adapter so one can charge it easily in the wall rather than just via USB port!!! That is a VERY good thing! It charges in about 3-5 hours and after that, lasts for 3-4 weeks! WOW! It has several 'speeds' in which you can choose how strong you want the water floss to hit your teeth/gums and several different tips to reach in any area of your mouth! It even comes with a travel bag!!! :faints: And all for an incredibly unbeatable price!!!!! I truly can't say enough good things about this item--it works above and beyond what I expected and I expected a lot. :)Now, the customer service! After 6 months, I received a kind email from the seller (H20floss) asking how the product was and if I had any questions or needed any help with the flosser!!! That is amazing on its own---that the seller cared enough AFTER SIX MONTHS to contact me, to make sure all was well!! Have you EVER had a seller do that for you? WOW! I didn't really have any issues at the time, but about 2 months later, (8 months after purchase), the flosser started to have a MINOR problem in that the tips were a bit difficult to get to remain in the unit. I thought I had the tip in securely but it would fly up when I turned on the flosser and spurt water everywhere. It wasn't a HUGE issue, but a bit annoying and I'd have to then make SURE the tips were inside the unit's head super securely to make sure this didn't happen often. So I remembered that email the seller sent me a couple months back and replied, explaining the minor problem but also that I loved their product and its results on my teeth/gums! Instantly, I mean within hours, the seller replied asking some questions to clarify the issue and then when I explained a bit more, they offered a refund or replacement!!!!!! :faints: I clearly love the item so I opted for the replacement, which arrived in 24 HOURS! :faints again: Finally, just yesterday, the seller emailed again, letting me know the item was delivered safely and that they hope I was satisfied with their product and customer service aftercare!!! Oh boy, am I ever! I still can't believe how incredibly generous, fast and kind this seller is! They really stand behind their product--which is amazing in itself, truly one of the best purchases I've made on Amazon, or anywhere---and they really care about their customers! This was purchased as a requested gift. The reason of 4 stars is only due to the unknown branding at this point. The unit seems to be durable enough. It charges well and gets long usage. The different variety of heads was nice to get. At this time it appears to have good performance and power. My son says it is working as expected.

I bought this for my wife since she really likes mine. She said she loves the grip on the back and the way the tip rotates. She mentioned it is cool how many tips it comes with and she is glad it is not too powerful on the lowest setting but gets the job done.

This is an excellent water flosser! I was very impressed with the accessories that came with it as well as the instruction booklet that explained which each one was for and how to use it correctly. It also comes with a convenient travel bag and a charger. The flosser is very easy to fill and very easy to use. It has multiple modes from low to high that are easy to switch through using the button on the front. It works amazing, and I would absolutely recommend this to everyone!

I think that the floss feature works ok, nothing great, nothing bad. The device also comes with a nice selection of accessories with a convenient case to hold them in.With that said, I think that there’s some substantial design features that should be looked at on the device. For instance, when you are unscrewing it to fill it up with water, your fingers are directly over. All of the function buttons I have numerous times accidentally turned on the power of the device while screwing the cap on and either soaking my mirror or wall or shooting myself with the high—pressure floss. The other day, it accidentally powered on while I screwed the cap on and shot me in the eye, which was rather painful and left my eye red for the rest of the day. I would air extreme caution with allowing children to use this as it could easily cause some serious injury. I think that there’s gotta be a better placement for the buttons so that they are not right where you’re having to squeeze to turn and open up the water tank. Also, because the way that the buttons are set up, it easily switches from one speed to the next when you don’t want it to. The design is holding this back from being a really great device.
