Nice
Though this figure isn't as articulated as some of the others, he's a well-constructed little guy with unusual markings for the Mon-Cal species. Rather than the darker skin with faint spots, Meena Tills is somewhat reddish with pale eye-stalks; the sides of his face are pale also. The paint job is excellent as some of the detailing reveals that this this particular senator has somewhat translucent skin with veins visible beneath the surface. That's a nice touch for an action figure. He's more like a set-decoration character as his lower arms are on pivot joints and so you can't straighten his arms; it doesn't matter, though because he's posed well enough to actually appear to be more movable than he is. The legs don't move at all. He's a solid, weighty little action figure and despite limited range of motion, he's one of my absolute favorites. He comes with a gun as an accessory and it's somewhat larger than the normal action figure gun; I would rather see him with something more...um...diplomatic, akin to the accessories that come with the re-vamped Admiral Ackbar, but his gun is decent, though fitted to his somewhat wider grip: it can't really be used with other action figures. I'd suggest getting this figure for your collection, but don't expect too much in terms of movement. I suppose if you're gonna play with him, he's gonna be the one who stands around giving orders or something.

Cool Admiral Ackbar lookalike
This senator figure is great to add to your collection of politicians, and has a striking resemblance to Admiral Ackbar, but then again they are the same species. I'm not sure if Meena Tills is male or Female. In the Clone Wars, Tills is a female, but in nearly all reference books and encyclopedias, Tills is a male. The figure looks male. Movement is about as limited as it gets, and he (I'll just use he) has a neat looking blaster. Legs do not move at all. He adds interesting diversity to my collection of senators, and is totally cool just standing around, but in action, he can't do a thing.

An excellent "non-action" figure
My rating for this figure is based solely on overall execution... Articulation is limited to the arms, and even then we're only talking shoulder articulation. However, the sculpt and paint apps are fantastic, and this figure is very pleasing to look at taking those things into consideration. Still, it's not at all an "action" figure, due to the aforementioned limited articulation, so if you're looking for playtime fun, you may be disappointed. Anyway, my understanding is that Meena Tills is a female Mon Calamari, which may explain the differences between this figure and Admiral Ackbar. Just wanted to put that out there since someone mentioned the different shades or whatever.

Figure is great. Packaging not so much.
Anyone ordering figures from Amazon would be well advised that their items will be suitable only for opening.I know that not everyone is a collector who keeps their figures on the card. However, if I was purchasing ANY item in a brick and mortar store, I certainly wouldn't buy anything in a smashed box. I don't know why Amazon has a policy of shoving these items into a box that is barely big enough, while simultaneously crushing the packaging.
