The Sweet and Sour Helper is difficult to find in stores and it’s my favorite. So easy and convenient and I love the flavor. You can add pineapple and/or green peppers to spice it up, or if you need a faster meal, just make it plain, both are awesome!

Of all the different "Helper" styles I have used I like this one the best. The coating mix for the chicken gives it a nice flavor and cooks to a golden brown. The sweet and sour mix is pretty much standard stuff. I always slice up a onion and bell peppers, add some crushed garlic and pineapple. The rice in the packaged cooks up better than most 20 minute rice I've used before.
